We?ve been going to this Sonic for many years, and it is a pretty busy location. Unfortunately the service has gone down hill at... all Sonics through the years, but we love their shakes and blasts so we go when we want a treat. We?re also used to all Sonicstaking a lot longer at getting you your food than most fast food restaurants, but this trip was ridiculous. We pulled up to astall, push the button to order and the employee said we?re only taking drive thru orders at this time. We figure they?re shortstaffed so we back out and go to the drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of us, which made us happy because it?s usually longer.They were out of everything I asked for. I wanted the Pretzel twist, they were out so I decided on not getting food, which mademy husband decide on no food either. I then wanted an Oreo blast, they were out of Oreos. Then he rudely said ?we?re out ofSnickers too!? Which I took as ?so don?t ask because I?m tired of you asking for things we?re out of?. So I decided on achocolate shake and my husband ordered the Reese?s blast. It was about $17 or so and we pulled up. We waited for about 20 minwhen the first car finally received their food. The car ahead of us moved up, then about 10 min later we see one of theemployees come up with a receipt and looks confused asking the people questions about their order. That?s when we decided wedidn?t want to wait another 40 min to get 1 shake and 1 blast so we pulled out of the line, which built up really long behindus, and left. Absolutely not worth it. Read more
Ordered an "Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito" and an ice tea, when I received the bag, the wrapper and burrito were both open... with the contents in the bag and they forgot the straw. The burrito was oddly small once I put it all back in the burrito andafter 10 minutes of waiting for someone to bring out a straw they said there was nothing they can do about the burrito.Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning after that trip. 4 years going, still one of the slowest "fast food" places i have been too. Using a timer, reached 22 minutes waiting for a... shake and some popcorn chicken. Watched multiple people leave due to the wait being too long. I would have as well if i didntalready pay. Same as it has been for years. Just something to expect from this Sonic. Read more
This Sonics location is generally and typically busy. This is why I enjoy using the Sonic App to order ahead. This way the... moment I arrive I let them know and we?re all set. The carhops are courteous and polite in their mannerisms. The speed ofservice is typically fast. The food and drinks menu is also served hot and fresh. The exterior of the restaurant is wellmaintained as the landscape of various trees and shrubs adds to the pleasantness of being surrounded by nature. Read more
Lately the quality has gone down. Again today the bun on my cheeseburger was cold and the sandwich itself was room temp. The... large fry was half full and they totally left my Cheddar Peppers(5.99) totally out of the bag. The only postive was that theyput the bacon on my burger(as they charged me but left it off multiple times in the past). It's close and convenient but asexpensive as it is(even with half price drinks on the app) I guess I am going to go a little further when I want something froma drive thru. ???? Read more
This is between home and work for me so it's a place I go about 2x a month. Usually for food. I like their hamburgers and... tots...pretty basic stuff. I occasionally have a mistake on the order (I didn't get cheese sauce one time for the pretzel), butit's run by a teen crew usually. I don't see them screwing around, so that's good. But other than that, everything tastes good.Is it perfect? No, but I haven't had a bad experience so I keep going back :) Read more
Jason is the man! I ordered drive thru for my little girl, but forgot my wallet at home and I?d hope to use Apple Pay, but they... did not accept it.
