Went in at 3PM 10-15-22 to pick up 2 smoothies. I paid $20. Normally I wouldn't complain about the price, I love the smoothies,... however; I paid $10 each for my smoothies to be this full. The woman making the smoothies knew before handing them out, as soonas I tried grabbing her attention she walked away. The customer before me had the exact same problem. I go here all the time andhave always had good experiences but today was not worth going in and paying $20 for 2 cups half filled each. Read more
Came in on $5 Friday. No longer exists.. I understand with the pandemic. I was told on the phone that you can get a med for the... price of a small and large for the price of a med .. so I ordered 6 large smoothies. I was then informed no it's only the Med. Isaid ok I'll just take the meds then. Manger steps over and says I apologize for any confusion and I'll take care of it. As inkeep them large... Nope just got the Meds and she was rude about it... Don't overwhelm them with large orders on the spot... Ittook 5 minutes of me standing at the counter prior for them to even stop doing restock to take my $50 plus order. Smoothie King what a place with happy employees and happy customers. I was there for less than an hour and saw people come in... and go out with smiles on there face,. Walked in 1:20 11/20/2022 and stood at the counter for a bit and had to yell hello a couple times before a lady came out to... help. My wife and I ordered 4 drinks, I said large but corrected myself and only asked for a 32 ounce, the lady said okay sure,when I received the drinks, we were missing one drink and were charged for a 40 once, usually I would be okay with getting thebigger drink but it wasn?t even filled completely, it was only filled about 4/5ths, super watery and didn?t taste good, thebananas were under ripe and tasted like grass. No passion fruit flavor whatsoever. My wife?s drink (who we had to reorderbecause it was non existent but it was comped becuase she forgot) had small plastic like pieces in it. I have had smoothie kingplenty of times at multiple locations, but this has to be the worst service and drinks. Read more
