I?m the store Manager for AT&T next door & they hired a new GM. He?s very rude. He has an attitude & when he gets called out for... it, he doesn?t realize that he?s rude, that?s how rude he is. One of my employees just went over there to get lunch & he askedthe difference between smash fries & regular fries & he just gave him attitude. I?m pretty new to a Manager position, but I knowto not treat my reps & customers any type of way. That?s literally one of the basics of being a Manager. I?m very young. I?m 21years old, & I still know to not treat or talk to my reps any kind of way, whether you?re having a bad day or night. Separateyour personal issues from your work. I have had a bad experience at a Smash burger on baseline/power location which I have never tried, so today we go to this... Location and before we even walk in, an employee comes out and tell us that they cant't serve us! Only on-line orders becausethey were short-staffed! I was like, "are you serious?" My husband got the Avocado Bacon Club with grilled chicken, it used to come with avocado slices and now it?s an avocado sauce. ... He preferred it better with the slices. Our fries were fresh along with my classic burger!! Service was good and we didn?t have too wait long for our food!! Read more
How have I never been to this place before?! Wonderful service & excellent food, not to mention the presentation of it! Great... establishment, a little hard to find at first but it?s very nice and has a good atmosphere; cashier was very accommodating of myeyesight (I unfortunately lost my glasses and cannot see very well without them) and offered to read the menu for me! 10 starsif I could! would give 1 star review made a order on line for 6 people said they didnt have the product to make order refused to give me a... credit now have to call credit card company to dispute charge. Terrible service. We waited 20 minutes before the guy came to the counter. There were 6 people in the restaurant and 3 were... still waiting for their food. We spent over an hour there to eat a burger. The food was okay, but 65-75 minutes to get ahamburger is a problem. Waiting 20 minutes at the counter is obsurd. I will never go to a Smashburger again. UPDATE: Decent place with great food! Customer service needs some improvement, they were a little slow and messed some of the... order. But for the food and the price, it's worth a shot. They actually recompensed me for my experience! I'm quite surprised.Thank you! Read more
Had the best experience here tonight! My husband and I had initially come to Chipotle next door for dinner, and afterwards we... figured we would stop by SB for a shake on our way back to the car. We had a lovely conversation with the staff who greeted usas soon as we came in the door. After expressing my dietary concerns, Stephen suggested a few flavor combinations for theball-and-chain and I. He put so much effort into the presentation of a simple shake and it looked absolutely amazing. It mayseem silly to rave about an ice-cream shake but it was the care, candor and consideration that went along with it. Just beforewe left, we found out that he was actually the general manager for this location. It?s not often that you see a GM assistingpatrons, let alone working an order. It was just a special experience, one which my husband and I will be repeating again. Youcan tell it is a good environment when the restaurant is clean and the employees are happy and working as a team. Thank youguys, we will absolutely be back on another impromptu date night!
