This was our first time trying this place. My son wanted to try it out. Look, this is not the best pizza you?re going to have... in your life, but it is really good for a mall pizzeria. It's kind of like pizza... But we don't eat here anymore after dealing with the "manager" on one of our last visits. The... gentleman with the shaved head has always been there for as long as we can remember, we honestly thought he must have been theowners, and while he has taken our order in the past he has never been either overly happy or overly disgruntled...always just aguy doing his job. About a year ago we had gone in and he was absolutely unpleasant and almost seemed as if we were botheringhim by being there. Everyone has a bad day though so we kind of shrugged it off. Then about a month later, as we only get foodhere every now and again, we came in to order and in the middle of the order he abruptly just sighed and handed us off to ayounger employee while visibly seeming almost disgusted with having to wait for us to make choices! He the proceeded to assistanother couple next to us and very clearly "thanked them for being able to make proper choices"!! They were not busy and we werebarely there for maybe 2 minutes. So we have decided to take our business elsewhere and outside of the mall when it comes togetting pizza. This place is not even that good and definitely not good enough to be treated like this from!! I order spaghetti and meatballs, they did't have the souse for the spaghetti. They did't give any credit, ignored and they got... upset when I request it. The manager explanation was the person who prepare it miss work.You have to have plan "B", let thecustomer know when a thing like this happen we are the customer with out us you are nothing. I drove 25 mile to get your food atleast I demand some courtesy and an explanation. Its not like it used to be, I haven't had it in years, it was thick, now its thin, 2022, everything is smaller, except the cost... of living! the staff was amazing. The pizza was very good, just not like it used to be. I would eat it again though. Read more
Just have to say every single time I visit the mall and go to Sbarro Travis is always on top of his game and has amazing... customer service! Will choose this location over others closer to my house any day of the week! Read more
not the heartiest of pizza but really good. The sauce is tangy and the crust is not overwhelming. The employees were very nice... and the manager, Ricardo, makes great breadsticks. The reason for only 4 stars is I thought they were a little expensive forwhat got. I think $ 3.99 would be a better pps (price slice). Read more
