Horrible experience. We ordered two fish taco plates and the fish was cold and tasted SO fishy! I?ve never had this problem... before. We also ordered a kids meal for my son with a bean burritos and sides of chips and fries. Our meals came out but my sonsdid not. Then they gave us a burrito about ten minutes later and said they were waiting on fries. After 25 min we asked againand they gave us fries that were room temperature. No one cared that we didn?t get our order and wouldn?t give us information onour food. There were a couple employees just standing around too, so the fact that they couldn?t put together a small order isastounding. The manager on duty was in the kitchen but clearly did not have a handle on the staff or the food. Everything aboutthe food and the service was absolutely horrible! Read more

Terrible! I ordered the lobster bowl and there were hardly any lobster compared to other locations and I even paid for quinoa... and brown rice and it only had white rice. Last few times I ordered the orders are always incomplete. I wish Grubhub had otheraddress because these guys are terrible. Read more
Very attentive manager, delicious food. The kitchen made a mistake, and it was fixed right away. First time at this location;... not the first time at Rubio's and we will return! The carnitas taco is a nice combination of sweet and savory with mango andsalsa. Highly recommend Rubio's. Read more
I have been going to Rubio's restaurants for 20+ years. I ALWAYS order the same thing, the Chicken Quesadilla and for the most... part it tastes the same... Which is Great! This is the first time I have ever had this happen at any location. I ordered theChicken Quesadilla, but they forgot the Chicken! Unfortunately, I got it to go and was not able to request aresolution. Typically in my reviews of Rubio's, I highly recommend the Chicken Quesadilla. Just if you order it from thislocation, make sure they actually make yours with chicken. Read more
I like the idea of a lobster and fish taco meal. Problem is if you want anything else to go with it, you pay per item. I ordered... a side of rice/quinoa and it was maybe 1/4 cup and well over $2 for that. I drank water. Husband ordered quesadilla, side ofrice, and drink. For the atmosphere (small tables, crowded) and what we got, $30++ was way too much money for lunch. Read more
