Ordered a pizza and salad, said I'd pay cash when they asked about payment. 40 mins later an employee calls and says that I... have to pay over the phone and that they don't have a delivery driver on Wednesdays. I asked why I wasn't told that on theoriginal call and she said she did tell me, then said that I spoke to a call center and not her. She said she's canceling theorder and hung up on me. We Love Rosati's! From calling in to place the order, pick up, dine in or delivery, the service is amazing! The staff is super... friendly, and the pizza is amazing! I have ordered from this location several times over the last few months. We have had only 1 time we received something other... than we ordered and they immediately remade and redelivered it within 25 minutes. Today i ordered my usual italian beef sandwichand they forgot my small side of hot peppers...no big deal! I called them and they came right back within 10 mins with them andwith a surprise... They brought me a BIG jar of their gardiniera hot pepper mix and a chocolate mouse cake!!!! ????????????Allbecause they forgot my small little side of peppers! Lol I love this restaurant and will continue to order from them.Remember....they cant make it right if you dont tell them what's wrong!!! NO ONE is perfect and after working as a waitress for16 years maybe i just understand how easily these things can happen. Oh and their marketing guy(Super cute ????lol) came a fewmonths ago with flyers and coupons and weve been ordering ever since so thank you for that!! Yay!!! Found another favoritetoday!! Pizza was better than expected (chicago deep dish)... took about 40 min, which is normal for a deep dish. Also had the vodka... penne. It was good, but not great. Our server Sonya was very attentive and did a great job. TVs had football and ninja warriorplaying. Customers were mostly older ...so nice mellow crowd. Read more
Waited about 5 min on hold to order, and then she told me they weren't busy?. Garlic cheese bread was terrible. Pizza was not... real good, unfortunately I got tummy issues with this food and will not order again. Read more
