Don't get their "pasta". It says feeds 1-3 people, it feeds one. I'd rather get something from pizza hut or dominoes for a... third of the price. The "marinara" sauce is garbage, and I have never ate a cannoli like that in my life. For shame. Read more
Didn't get my pizza that I pre-paid on line delivery driver delivered to wrong place so I didn't get my dinner. They were... supposed to give me a free pizza. However when I ordered and went to pick it up he wouldn't honor the agreement. Very rudecustomer service. I recommend not ordering on line for delivery. In fact they over cook the food....The lady delivery driverwas very kind and sorry for her mistake. The company does not honor their word . I recommend not delivery from there. Also theyover cook your food. Workers can't speak or understand simple English. Read more
No,no,no, go somewhere else. This place is the worst in the valley. We are from the Chicago area and this place does not even... come close to what an Italian beef should be. I know they opened last year, but their food is not up to standards. I don'tthink I will go there again. Try Highly hotdogs, they have much better Italian beefs and Chicago hotdogs than anyone aroundtown. I drove past rosaties twice looking for the place and finally found it. I told the clerk they needed to turn the light onand his response was he did not know how to turn it on. I only give one star because they require at least one. We got the deep dish with pepperoni. They seemed to be skimpy on the pepperoni. Good tasting pizza and the was plenty left over... for lunches. Read more
Screw up when called to order. Blamed it on their "call center"......get it together!!!! They put in as delivery instead of... pickup. TWO hours later after delivery car broke down not so fresh pizza delivered. And the promise of a bottle of pop for theinconveniences....NOT!! Normally sausage pizza is awesome but this was an all around bad experience. Read more
This used to be my favorite eatery but now I know that all Rosatis do not have the same standards, service, nor management. 1. I... ordered 2 JARS of marinara and received warm sauce in plastic containers ( I wasn't planning on making spaghetti) 2 the pizzawas cold with a soggy crust 3. The mozzarella sticks were burnt (at least the dogs loved them) 4. There was no mesh underneaththe pizza to keep it from getting soggy and allow air to flow underneath it 4. After being reassured by the manager that I wouldbe reimbursed for the mozzarella sticks and sauce, I was willing to return as a patron but it's Wednesday and I have yet toreceive a reimbursement from Saturday P.S. save your energy and m????ney!! Pizza was not kept flat during delivery and all toppings shifted. We also ordered the dough nuggets and they forgot the... marinara. Disappointing! Read more
