I came back in to utilize my veterans ticket for a tavern burger and fries. The food was absolutely amazing. My burger was... cooked medium well how I like it. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside just how I love it. I sat at thebar so I had a bartender as my server. She seemed a little bit off but nevertheless she served me up a nice drink and it waspretty good. I was so happy I could enjoy a meal so I had a smile on my face. The food most definitely was a 5 star but I had togive a 4 star because the bartender customer service was not 5 star. She was more a 2 or 3 star so I had to average it out. Read more

I now reside in Arizona and the Red Robins I've visited at twodifferent locales have served me the same quality, flavor and VALUE as all the other Red Robin's I've visited across thecountry. This place is old, and feels and looks like it needs a good cleaning. When my food came out, my fries were barley warm. I had... to ask for new fries. When I got them, I was not impressed. Neither was my adult daughter who was with me. I think they hadthe oil temp wrong because they were not crispy, just hot. Service was fine, no issues there. Went in for my birthday burger. Service was quick and friendly. The buger was fast in coming, but was fresh and very good. Try... the Royal Burger if you haven't had it. Sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and the lemon cake with raspberry drizzle isyummy. Supper meal! Read more

I ordered the smokehouse brisket burger and it was about $15. There was maybe 2 teaspoons of the brisket spread over part of the... burger. If I am honest there was barely any brisket for the size of the burger, so I was disappointed because that was the wholepoint of ordering that burger. My burger also came out to the table barely warm enough to eat, and my fries served with it werecold. The floor had a lot of trash throughout the dining area, and the bathroom was also filthy.
