I understand they may be short staffed and busy. This location however, service sucks except for one woman who works there with... the glasses. Everyone else is horrible. Teenagers don't really want to work. Don't really want to be there. Don't want to helpyou. Ignore you. Don't even bother going to the walk-up window. You will be ignored for an eternity. Read more
Food is high in sodium and preservatives. Especially the loaded fries, not fresh fries just coated in salt with more garlic salt... and salty cheese. Sweet tea is beyond southern style sweet tea! An unfortunate visit, normally better than the golden archesacross the street. Also a reason why I don't frequent very many fast food places. It's a hit or miss, this was a big miss onthis visit. Great customer service from the gentleman that confirmed and served our order. The automated drive-thru speaker is a little... irritating, but other than that, it was easily made up for by customer service at the window. Fernando is his name. Store number4085. Rally's has been a family favorite for over 20 years, the fries, shakes and fast, friendly staff, what's not to love. Yesterday,... I had my worst Rally's experience and one of my worst restaurant encounters ever. I asked about being overcharged, not a hugeproblem, just fix it. The manager stepped in and offered to make up the difference in food which I declined. He then refundedthe whole transaction. I explained that I wanted my order, and was happy to pay, I just didn't want to be overcharged. Thisseemed to escalate his anger even more and he walked away. The cashier then handed me my order and declined to take payment. Our"special treat" was further soured by the order being wrong and items missing. Mistakes happen and what could have been atraining experience rapidly deteriorated into losing a loyal customer and an upset employee. I have manage businesses includingrestaurants and his behavior was anything but professional. In a time when we all use more discretion where we spend our money,this manager needs to learn it's far less expensive to retain loyal customers than to attract new ones. If I go.back to Rally's,I will not go to this one despite it being my only one. Leadership has a lot of work to do at this location. Read more

I had never been to Rally's before and I was starving and I just needed a little quick something and I was like oh my gosh I'm... going to have to pay a bunch of money for a little tiny hamburger I'm not even that big of a hamburger person in the firstplace.
