As a franchise Popeyes is always great but service is where that greatness can be lost. There's something about waiting in line... for only a few things in a Drive-Thru with no people in it for 5 minutes only to figure out that they don't have large cups andwhen you are a reasonable person and just order a medium and only then you find out that they don't have tops for the mediumdrinks. If you're going to be out of something post it so somebody who is there for a specific item doesn't wait in the drivethrough with no people in it for 5 minutes wasting their time and wasting another customer's time who could be ordering ifthey're okay with no cups. I don't necessarily blame the staff but this is a blatant failure of management you set the schedulesyou staff the store and you do the ordering and if you don't do any of that and it's left to a non-member of management youshould be ashamed of yourself. I came here to have a speedy service! But I am still sitting here an hour later, when they said 10 minutes. Manager is just... bagging orders for drive thru and not helping the front cashier. As a person in charge and managing a store you should be theexample of teamwork. I don't see none of that here the whole hour I was waiting. Dining area is messy and not cleaned! This isridiculous!!! Love popeyes's chicken. Too bad this branch is the worst managed fast food joint I've ever seen. No one was ahead of me, and I... still had to wait 20 minutes just to place an order. They're constantly out of things, get every order wrong, and couldn't careless. The kitchen is really dirty, and staff don't wear masks or gloves. I may have to drive an extra 15 minutes to anotherPopeyes's next time I need my spicy chicken fix, but it'll be worth it. Read more
Love that chicken from Popeyes! ???? Popeyes has really good chicken. I really only eat here when I have a coupon and I always... order the same thing unless, I don?t. The three piece spicy chicken tender mean with Cajun fries and an extra biscuit is mygo-to. They hook it up with sauces for the most part but it also depends on who serves you at the window. The best sauces areblackened ranch and the bayou Buffalo, fight me about it. Pro tip: if you go late enough they might upgrade you from a 3 pieceto a 5 piece or something, but it just depends. ???? The chicken was crispy and not greasy but a little flavorless/needing salt and spices. The little wildberry beignets were raw.... The outside looked done on one side but the raw, stretchy dough oozed out on the other side. I didn't return my order because Iwas down the road and had an appointment. Plus, the area is plenty sketchy so I wouldn't want to tick off the cook and getsomething worse. I just won't go back to this one. Read more
I can?t make this up. I?d avoid Popeyes on a late night whether it?s pickup, DoorDash, ubereats, Postmates or Grubhub. I ordered... an 8 piece nuggets with mashed potatoes & a frozen lemonade, a chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes & utensils & ranch. I getthere they have no frozen lemonade okay so give me the chilled lemonade (not the nasty Minute Maid kind which is what Ireceived). I get home my eight piece chicken nuggets is more so pieces of battered crumbs about 14 of them with no actual meatthank you soo much. Absolutely no dipping sauce, I see that they ran out of lids they used soda cup lids instead for the sides,oh also the nuggets or lack there of us were cold, no utensils or napkins. My family and I were just here and we ordered a 12 piece family bundle with Mac ?n Cheese and mashed potatoes. Our Mac ?n Cheese... was spilled in our bag next to our chicken. The phone number attached to the google app is not connected to the store to contacta manager nor is it in service. It?s a shame to see people wanting minimum wage to be raised for for such an easy job to have somany mistakes. This was the worst experience. Made us wait in the drive through at the menu for 5 min before they even addressed us or took our... order. Just told us to wait. We were finally about to leave when they finally were ready. We put in an order, then pulled up tothe window.... to wait. We paid them waited another 7 min. THEN they told us to pull around to the front so they could helpother cars behind us...... that had not even had their order taken yet but were still back at the menu. I was able to callcorporate customer service, leave a message, hang up and wait 5 more min for our food. When they FINALLY brought it, theydidn't say a word. No apology. No "thank you for waiting" nothing. Absolute silence. And put our food through our window &left. The playful coworkers would've been ok. If they were actually working. Very slow moving staff.
