I just wanted to notify someone that this Popeyes location had absolutely stellar service! The restaurant was immaculately... clean. The employees were so gracious, helpful, nice, attentive, and just overall amazing. Even my 11 year old son commentedon how great the service and our experience was tonight. My experience wasn't a good one. I had a wait time 16 minutes of 5 pieces of chicken. I was ok with it but then it turned in 25... minutes, then when the manager came out with the food of course he didn't know which order belong to and of course mine wasn'tin that order. The mobile app stopped working at the location. Then they would not honor the on screen order, and price. I was told to re-load... page, then I would have to reorder. I just ordered at the counter and had to pay regular price, minus a ten percent reduction. Ireceived the wrong order when I of course was well under way, because my order was to go. The spicy chicken sandwich is always money but it seems like almost every time I go to Popeyes the service is a hot mess. I?m... writing this because the manager that helped me at lunch the other day was one of the nicest people I?ve seen manage fast foodplaces. I wish I could remember her name. I wish I could say that I liked it but... every meal we ordered this time (3 in this case) had something wrong. 1 meal had... missing items that were charged, another had over cooked chicken, and all the biscuits were day old dry tasting and slightlyovercooked. This is the third time at this location that there were major order issues. On the good side, their shrimp has beenconsistently good, especially for the price. Tempted to drive 3 extra miles to go to the next closest location, which has abetter track record. Personally prefer other chicken establishments above this. Read more
Absolutely awful sickening food. I think my 14 yo had a heart attack from all the old nasty grease. We ordered spicy but only a... few were spicy. 16 piece family meal had about 10 wings. The biscuits had a bottom layer of pure grease. It was like they hadsad in a pan of lard. Fries were cold and the boxes were practically empty. I can say we will never visit this location. The person taking drive through orders was rude and rushing me through my order. I was ordering for my family but the second I... stopped speaking he was giving me a total and asking if that was all. Then person at the window was also not welcoming and afterhanding me my food under a silly plastic wall left from covid nonsense my entire order was jumbled and sideways or upside down.When I said something about it all I got was "sorry sir have a good night". I will never give this business money again. If theydon't like their jobs they should go find new ones, no one told them they have to work in the SERVICE industry! The best part ofthis whole experience is that at the end of it all they still managed to get my order wrong!!!
