I purchased 2 sets of Groupons, each set consisting of 2 separate $10 vouchers. The first time I tried to use one, they couldn't... take it because they had a new system that they didn't know how to run a Groupon through. The second time I went, they took itbut could only access 1 of the 2 vouchers so they had to use 1 from the 2nd group too. I was told that they are having a lot ofissues with their Groupons and that it may take a little while for the remaining vouchers to become available. That neverhappened so when I returned I let the employee know and he said that he knows nothing about the Groupons and that he couldn'thelp me. He said he was new and that there was nobody else there. Well, I called today to speak to a manager and was told thatone wasn't there and was asked if I'd like to leave a message, so I did. I then asked for the manager's name and was told thatthe manager may not want her name disclosed. What!? Since when can't you tell somebody who your manager is? I thought thepurpose of Groupon was to promote your business. This place has not only not promoted their business, they have hurt it becauseit's not just me they lost as a potential customer. "Word of mouth" goes a long way. I, myself, always read reviews before I trya new restaurant or product and I'm sure there are many others who do. Read more
