Ordered a pizza from across town as a treat for someone and the customer service and pizza was great.
On July 4, we placed our order at 5:26 with an ETA of 25-30 minutes. At 5:58 we received a text stating our order was out for... delivery. At 6:23 we called the store at 480/926-4085 to inquire about our order, however, it took another 6 attempts toactually reach some at the store (the other 5 times the call was answered but immediately then hung up on). At 6:28 we receiveda text, this time from Door Dash, stating that our order was being delivered by 6:35. At 6:44 another text from DD stating thatthe driver is approaching with our order. When we finally got through to the store, we spoke to "Elfy" before our order arrived. We told him that we did not want a pizza and wings that were already an hour old. He told as that not to worry, our order wasmade by calculating the time we placed our order and the time it would take the driver to delivery it. The food was cold uponreceipt. We called the store back and he did refund the order. Our main complaint is that when we placed our order with "PizzaHut" we expect the order to be delivered by one of their store employees as it's been done in the past. In our experience, DoorDash and Uber Eats have NEVER delivered hot food since they have at least 2-3 other stops to make first. Placed order at 8:38, 1 hour later I call and get told the driver was about to leave. 10:55 I call and nobody picks up the... phone. Amazing customer service here. Read more
As part of a $70 pizza hut order, I ordered a pizza with bbq sauce, extra cheese, chicken, olives, pineapple and green peppers.... The pizza had no sauce, no peppers, and regular cheese. I called the restaurant right back from my phone and kept getting amessage that the store was closed. Then I called from my wife's phone and immediately got through, only to be told that I wouldonly be entitled to a credit of $15, which is less than the cost of the pizza. The manager working that night (6/11) was alsovery rude and unhelpful. Definitely won't be going back to pizza hut for our weekly pizza night with all of the other optionsavailable. Read more
I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with sausage. There was barely any sauce on the pizza, the dough was very thin and stiff.... I essentially had a thin crust pizza. Additionally, it was cold and the ratio of sausage was minimal. This was a horribledining experience for me and my family. Read more
The pizza I ordered arrived over an hour after ordering and tasted dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an... extended period. I'm sure that it was because I called and was told that they were waiting for a delivery driver to come backand deliver it. I would not recommend and will not be ordering again. Read more
Disgusting! You lost a long time customer tonight. The pictures don't do this gross pizza justice.
I love my pizza and they are really chill here,not to mention fast good customer service
