We got the wrong pizza and called to get a refund, but was only offered $15 back on an almost $19 pizza by the employee on the... night shift. We couldn't eat the pizza due to allergies of the toppings on the pizza. Good note, the day shift manager thenext day refunded the full amount, plus gave us a $20 credit. Read more
Went to the Pizza Hut on Baseline and Ellsworth. The Pizza was great. The wings were delicious. The brownie is for our dessert... later on. The cheese sticks I had never had before and they were great, especially dipped in the sauce. Read more
It?s called the original pan but somewhere along the way, the taste has changed. The dough/ crust isn?t what it used to be. The... crust used to be as good as the breadsticks. Also, way too much sauce and not enough cheese. Every year or so I give Pizza Hut ashot and every time I remember why it?s no longer my go to. Read more
This isn't the first time my pizza was incorrect or improperly prepared at this Pizza Hut location. For these reasons, I rarely... buy Pizza Hut. I wanted pizza hut last night, so i thought I'd give them another try at the location nearest me. First theydidn't have a deal that was listed on the site so i ended up paying 3 times as much for my order. So it was disheartening whenmy food was not hot when it arrived. It seemed like it had sat for awhile. All the toppings we ordered were not on the pizza. They had the banana peppers on the side. This is the first pizza place where I've ordered toppings only to not have them becooked and included on the pizza. It didn't make sense, except to think they made this pizza for someone else and added thoseto the box at the end, which may be why the pizza was cold. We ordered pan pizza, but hand tossed was delivered to us instead. We even paid more for pan pizza but didn't receive what we ordered. I tried to call to let them know last night but they didn'tpick up. I plan to stop by the store and am hoping they will fix the issue for this visit. Very disappointing. Read more
Pizza Hut on Ellsworth has the worst employee?s of any restaurant in Mesa. I ordered a large Pizza and (3) gatorades. The... delivery driver only delivers my large pizza but forgot the drinks which I paid for with my debit card. I included a tip and Ipaid the $5.82 delivery charge. She said she would be back in 3 minutes but I waited 75 minutes and she never return with mydrinks. I called the driver on her cell phone and she answered saying she tried to call me 8 times but I did not answer and nowshe was not working because her shift ended. I called the Pizza Hut on Ellsworth and spoke to the young man answering the phoneand he indicated that they decided to give me a in store credit of $10.00 but they did not inform me. He said he would deliverthe drinks, so I waited another 90 minutes and no delivery stating I would have wait until they delivered all the pizzas first. I asked to speak to the manager and she reluctantly spoke to saying she would have my drinks delivered and she did. It tookover 3 hours to get (3) gatorades delivered that they originally forgot to deliver. I paid for delivery, I tipped the driverand still received terrible service that they forgot to deliver. They do not know there job, terrible attitudes and just downright terrible service. I will go to Dominos or Papa John?s from now on. I could not even give them one star. We usually pay around $40 and for that much, I'd rather go to a... sit in pizza restaurant, but they have this Triple Treat Box for a limited time. I got an email asking for my feed back about my experience at this Pizza Hut last Monday after I placed an order. The food took... 90 minutes to get delivered and was cold, exactly what I put. We ate the food anyways. Chopped it up to a bad experience. TodayI get an email back and whoever wrote this is a joke. The part that says " Please remember the online store is in Texas and theyhave NO IDEA what times are going on here in Mesa." They literally thought they had a mic drop moment. News flash: I DONT WORKFOR YOUR COMPANY AND THATS NOT SOMETHING FOR A CUSTOMER TO HAVE TO REMEBER. Do better. I was also offered a $20 credit. PASS. Myorder was more than that and why would I want to order from a place that gave me a bad experience. Keep your $20.
