Ordered pizza dinner online it was absolutely delicious/hot and delivered very fast. ????????
We ordered online for a future delivery time. Only to call and ask for it to be delivered sooner, for the staff to cancel our... order and on top of that we had a free pizza through our reward program. Only to be told to replace the order through the app,when we did that our free pizza wasn't in our coupons anymore. The price of the order went from $31 to $55. Then once we wereabout 5 minutes away from the delivery time we recieved an email saying that our order was just flat out cancelled. Then I wentto the location only to be told we didn't have the free pizza anymore and they didn't have the order ready and we would have toorder everything again as a "To go" order. Unfortunately Pizza Hit will never get a penny from me ever again. Absolutelyhorrible service. Read more

I made future order for 7:30 came at 6:50 so it was cold when I got home. My wife said the pizza was room temp when we got... it...half the cheese was slid off one pizza.. So today's 8/18/21 i ordered again.. for 7:45 came at 630..sent it back...themanager was nice said he would send it at 745 and would give me two 2liters. Pizza comes without 2 liters.. So I had to drivethere myself to get the sodas. I was going to pay for them but he said he would give them for free. Always messing up..so Ishould of just kept pizza at 630 it was just as cold...
