Absolutely the best tasting pho broth I've had in the Phoenix area. This is an older establishment and in true traditional Asian... fashion the emphasis is on the food quality and bargain prices rather than the aesthetics. The spring rolls were very well madeas can be seen by the photo. Artistically done and rolled tightly and neatly. Lots of shrimp cut identically by someone withgood knife skills. Lots of peanuts in the dipping sauce. The pho broth was evenly balanced and not too sweet. I only wish thatthey did not cut the noodles up so short as it made it difficult to pick up out of the broth. Standard quality of meat, adequateamount. The restaurant was clean and uncluttered. The restrooms were very well taken care of, wiped down, with toilet paper,paper towels, and soap recently filled. Overall, a 5+ experience. We were there for an early dinner. Restaurant seemed to getbusier closer to 7pm. Will definitely be back as this is truly a gem! Read more
DO NOT GO! This place is disgusting! My friend and I went here solely based on the good reviews. Super unclean establishment.... When we went to pay we could see dirty rags hanging from the dish area in the back. Went to the bathroom on the way out. Therewas a dead roach in the corner. We got the number 13 with beef. The beef was some type of processed, compressed beef. I have Hadbetter store bought dried pho. Just hoping we don?t get sick at this point. I plan To report to the Heath department as well. SaDec and AZ pho are amazing places and won?t be straying again! Read more
Most flavorful pho I've ever had! I can't believe this place wasn't packed, because the food is excellent, service excellent and... the restaurant has a gorgeous design and is super clean! Can't say enough nice stuff about this place. You gotta go for the pho! Read more

I'd rate this restaurant 4.2 stars. I had #28, it had a very good BBQ porkchops, the pork cake was a good try, and the salad was... on the sweet side but good. The Pho broth was amazing, but it lacked the crunch and herbs add-ons. I was disappointed with theshrimp spring roll, it was kinda bland. Read more

We did have a concern about the cleaning chemicals being left out scattered around the dining area, and how the chopsticks and... spoons are left out for anyone to touch specially with covid out that was a bit surprising. The food was a bit on the plain sidewith the meat maybe seeing some better days. Now the price isn't half bad and it is the only pho place within the area.
