This is the second time in a row that i have a bad experience. The first time my pizza was very undercooked. I put it in the... oven at 425 for 15 minutes and it was still non consumable. They gave me $20 off because i made a complaint. I ordered again andthere was a hair in my pizza! I am done with this location do not order from this location. Read more
This is the 1st time we have ordered something besides pizza hut... we wont do that again. We ordered a meat lovers thin crust... easy sauce. It was not a good pizza. The crust was burnt so that is all you could taste. Read more
I had another great time at PJ in Mesa after my Apache Junction visit. The pizza was so fresh & tasty I finished it sitting at... the store. I asked for extra cheese and tomato sauce with salami and ground beef. It got the job done really well. Service byAnnalyse and John was superb. Highly recommended for fast, quality, delicious pizza. The manager here does not believe the customer is right. Threatend to hang up on me. Accused me if cursing. Maybe she was... having a bad. But I won't order there again. But when your pizza is not right. That's a big deal. Read more
Stopped in, ordered the New York style pizza, bread sticks and a 2 liter of soda. Personally found it costly and probably could... of saved money if ordered online. Pizza, customer service was great! However not advisable to just drop in and order becausethere is no menu displayed. (Menu is scannable code that you can be viewed on your phone) and the lobby decor doesn?t evenfeature photos of their product(s). Minor stuff as most use apps on their phones for everything nowadays. Didn't receive the pizza we ordered. Also there was no toppings, the pizza was extremely thin, soggy and when I called them to... tell them what happened. They said that they wouldn't do anything about it and that if we wanted another pizza. Then orderanother one. This location use to take pride in their service and quality. Me and my family loved this place. We are sodisgusted now that we will never order anything from here and tell everyone about it. Read more

Ordered the shaq-aroni with extra sauce. Got the pizza half was thin crust the other half was thick original crust with a big... bubble in the middle with no cheese and no sauce. No make matters worst ordered chicken poppers chipotle but got BBQ and theyjust put them in the container and poured the sauce over the top. Both nothing like the picture or commercials.
