Ordered over the phone last night I was told it would be about 35 minute delivery I waited over an hour then I called. I was on... speaker phone so I was a little Loud I was told my pizza was ready 15 minutes ago and it was going to take another 15 to 20minutes before driver were to take for delivery, I asked Why was I given a 35 minute delivery? Employee told me we were dead anhour ago and then we just became busy, She asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager I agreed and I was hung up on. I calledback Manager answered, She told me she was shorthanded people called in sick, I told her I would come pick up the pizza but Idid not want to Be charged for the delivery fee. As I arrived to pick up the pizza they had a hard time finding it And whenthey did I opened the Box it was cold cheese had hardend Just didn't look good so I asked for a refund. I understand beingshorthanded but just don't make anything that's going to sit for an hour before delivery. And if you truly are that far behindlet your customers know we can come pick them up. The worst experience ever! I ordered a pizza online for pick up. My husband went to go pick up the pizza To find out there is... no pizza under our name or our phone number. So I called them to see what happened and where are order was because we hadalready paid for it. The girl that I was speaking to hung up on me. I will never order from them again. Read more
Got 3 pizzas. The x-large was the same size as the large, the dough wasn't stretched out enough so both non thin crust pizzas... were very thick&dense. I always order pizzas well done so I'm not picky if It's a bit overdone, but these pizzas were burnt tohell, well beyond well done. I tried my best to eat it, had to stop. Shout out to the person with snake bites at the counterm they were incredibly kind, patient, and were doing their best during a... busy evening. I really appreciated them, as I (could be wrong) noticed what looked to be management being rude to them when theyasked to have a sauce that ran out in the front. They made sure I got all of my items. I'm sorry snake bites that I didn't getyour name, but you were awesome and really made an impression on me. Stay rad. :) Read more

Ordered an extra large pizza and I got a large pizza. Small slices! Now they have me on hold, and the manager is no where to... be found! I drove to the store, and was still on hold. I approached the manager, and he had the nerve to look me straight intomy eyes and say that other stores make their pizza slices larger, however his is the correct size. I'm really not sure what all the negative reviews are for. We have ordered from this location at least 4 times now, and our... pizzas have been AMAZING. We have taken advantage of the current $11 cheeseburger pizza special a few times and it is to diefor. I've attached two pictures of two separate pizza orders. They both look perfect and were made exactly the same. They wereboth extremely hot and fresh out of the oven when we picked them up. Absolutely no complaints, and we rarely have leftoversbecause we devour these as soon as we get home. The staff has always been friendly and our pizzas are always done on time. Ordered online to take advantage of a special and the estimated time was 30 minutes. A few minutes go by, the time switches to... 40 minutes, no problem. I get there after 40 minutes and they have not even started the order yet, "it will be 30 minutes" theytell me. Just give your customers a phone call so no one drives down and gets angry that their order is ignored. Read more
