After flights were delayed, we weren?t going to have time for a sit down meal in Phoenix before heading to Atlanta. We grabbed... dinner from Cartel Coffee and dessert at Panera to take on the plane. Wanted hot coffee and the kiosk said sold out. So I ordered the only option and said that I wanted hot coffee to the gal when I... was picking up the only option available on the kiosk. She said that it's available to order at the counter, not kiosk. Nothappy with that but the gal was very sweet. Then the other half of my order wasn't in, so I stepped back to the rope and thesupervisor yelled at me to get on the other side of the rope. I know her name, but won't use it. Chaotic environment, kiosk was barely functional. Couldn?t add milk to coffee on kiosk so I asked counter girl for some milk at... pickup and she balked at getting me any initially and then delivered a thimble of milk for a large cup. Seriously? This isamong the reasons I stopped using Panera, but captive audience in an airport they can do as they please. Coffee was fair, butdon?t count on them helping and you can?t take care of anything yourself- because they keep everything behind the counter. Makeup your mind. Either allow us to do it ourselves or provide better people. And please get better functioning kiosks. Read more
I?m sorry to say it customer service is bad here the girl was yelling Aryana something like give me tops the girl from the... kitchen was throw on the tops on the floor and she was putting the top of people ?s drink unfortunately one of the customer wasme . Airport location was sold out of just about everything. Ordered one item and it took twenty minutes to get it, so not too... thrilled. Overall, I usually love Panera. Read more
Used tablet to order. Almost everything was out of stock. Custom made sandwich was made wrong. Ciabatta bread was dried out and... hard. Focaccia bread was moldy. Read more
