They messed up on my order and charge me for two bowls and a drink when all I ordered was a bowl. I told Tania ( drive thru... lady) and ask her about the sign they have that says " if no receipt or amount you paid does not match your receipt at the timeof purchase enjoy your meal on us" lies and she said "Oh I can't do that I'll just give you the right meal and give you thedifference in cash". The few times I?ve came here I?ve always had a bad experience.. the food is old and hard.. I had orange chicken and it was... nothing but hard dried chicken or just the breading of the chicken.. they don?t have much to choose from either on a Sunday atbusy dinner time. it just seems like nobody cares about this place.. or maybe it?s the area it?s located and the type of peoplethey hire.. DO NOT GO HERE! Worst customer experience I?ve ever received. They scanned my coupon 5 times & accused me of using it - I... literally just filled out the survey and it was for their location. Manager Patty is not qualified for the job- has to call 2other staff members to help her with the coupon. I know we?re in a recession but don?t just don?t hire anybody. They couldn?teven resolve the issue. I will take my money elsewhere.This location isn?t worth a penny. Read more

Mediocre food. Consistently rude staff. They seem to give other Mexicans special treatment like giving them fresh food from the... back and not offering it to anyone else. They aren't very polite when you order inside. Not really happy with the treatment fromthis place and it's kinda sad how they are. Read more
The food at this restaurant is fantastic as Panda Express generally is. The service is typically quick even during high volume... times. The parking lot isn?t the best due to the ongoing work surrounding the restaurant, but passable. Today unfortunately Iordered (2) Big Platter Entrees. After paying for the meals I was directed to wait for several minutes in the parking lot areawhile they cooked up some hot and fresh steak that was the only hindrance at that moment to what would have been a smooth andspeedy drive through pickup. After one of the individuals came out to hand deliver my order as well as I witnessed him givingout two other orders to drivers waiting as I was. I got home to find out the the order I ordered was not the order I payed for.I tried multiple times to call the restaurant only to have the phone busy or ringing. Other then this mistake I can say thatthis location has always typically been on point with my orders and the food received quickly, hot, fresh and delicious. Read more
I waited 15 minutes after going through the drive through. When my food was brought out I asked for the employee to wait while I... quickly checked my order and was told ?No?. My order was wrong. I had to wake my youngest and get all three out of the truck tohave the manager dismiss me. I have no interest in Panda Express anymore ????. A little kindness and customer service istotally dismissed here, but can go a long way. Read more
