I arrived at 8:37 PM on a Friday night CLOSING TIME is listed as 10:00 pm?? I ordered a 2 item entrée, ragoons, and a drink.... By 8:55pm I was done eating my food and I needed to wash my hands. Being that I was eating inside of the establishment I wouldassume that over an hour BEFORE closing time that I should be able to use the restroom. However, I was told by the employeeworking the front that I can NOT use the restroom because they already cleaned it!!???? So customers cannot use a cleanrestroom? Do they assume we will use a dirty one? Mind you I?m not a drifter off of the street!! Panda is always good. I have to say the lady up front that starts you off, what a great worker. She likely needs a raise. Any... employer who comes there to eat, they might steal her away to their business. I did have some beef thing that i could not chew.Nothing is ever perfect 100% of the time. Read more
Food was really good. Portions were fairly decent sized. I had the teriyaki chicken there sometimes tends to be a little bit... more fat when they do it this way then if I would make it myself. Can no longer get the teriyaki sauce just scooped out of a hotcontainer but they did give plenty of packets and it's almost the same. The hot food items were down to the bare minimum and the white rice was cold! Disappointed, again... We always seem to get the... OLD bottom scraping Main Dish, and the fresh new is brought out as soon as our food is served! Staff could at best fake it tilthey punch out, with their what do you want attitude and remember without customers you get no paycheck!! Read more

Manager-in-Charge 'Jay' wasn't professional, instead combative. A couple before me ended up not ordering anything because Jay... told them they only had 'White Rice' - No Chow Mein, No Fried Rice. When it was my turn to order, I inquired as to why theycouldn't and wouldn't make more food for the customers. As a diabetic, it's hard to order from Panda, but the Black PepperChicken is my best option with Chow Mein. She finally, after arguing with me for minutes, asked the Kitchen to make a smallbatch of Chow Mein - Wait so you made Chow Mein for me because I pushed the issue, but how many customers before me did yourefuse - I know of 1. Jay would rather stand there arguing with customers about not having the items they want, instead of justinstructing the kitchen to prepare the entree's in smaller portions that they customers want. I arrived at 9pm, they close at9:30pm, so are you actually open or not. Look at the pictures below, so sad that because of the actions of Jay, a couple leftwithout ordering, I ended up a Bigger Plate with Warm, soggy Orange Chicken, Bejing Beef that looks like it was prepared hoursago and left to turn dark and hard on the steam table. Jay said they only have an hour to cleanup after closing, etc. I don'tcare about that - After working a 12-Hour day, all I want to do is order some food, go home to eat and relax. Why does it haveto be such a hassle at Panda Express a 1/2 hour before closing. This is unacceptable and quite ridiculous that you're openuntil 9:30, but you're actually not open, because you refuse to Wok Fresh food for customers. So Sad - Just don't even botherstopping at Panda Express anymore. They refuse to Wok Fresh and they'd rather argue with you then offer fabulous CustomerService. I'm not sure how they give away DoorDash orders to the wrong people constantly. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, and was... told someone else picked it up. They need to start confirming by looking at people's phones before they hand off an order.Second time this has happened with Panda orders. I talked to 2 Doordash customer service for 45 minutes, and received no help.They said in order for it not to effect my DD score, Panda would need to create a new order and that would cost too much. Whatin the world. PANDA EXPRESS needs to get their act together because they are messing up a lot of orders, making them late forcustomers, and giving away food to the wrong Dashers. Read more
