Google says they're supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m. I walk in and there's no chow mein and no orange chicken and they said... they didn't plan on making any more for the night and that I would have to wait 14 minutes to get either. It was very apparentthey didn't want to help me. Read more

This is a really nice and clean Panda Express at the NW corner of Baseline & Val Vista. Staff is on top of things and Manager... Maria made me a fresh helping of Angus steak with broccoli/veges. I also had honey glazed shrimp, chicken egg rolls andrice/noodles. It was all delicious and I was out the door in minutes and it was busy. Recommended tasty value asian food. Read more
The only redeeming thing has been the actual food. Service here is pretty bad. I ordered online at 1135. Pickup time was 1150. I... walked in at 1150 and waited 20 minutes, which wouldn?t have been bad, except I watched 20 people walk in the door and get theirorder made right in front of me and the time I waited for my online order pick up. This isn?t the first time experiencing thiseither. I?ve probably had this happen about 4-5 other times. I get it?s not easy staffing and juggling online and in personorders. But there has to be a better way than making the people who expected food at a certain time wait for other peopleordered after they did to get their food. At least offer a drink to me for free while I wait. Maybe order in person and riskthe wait in line than ordering ahead. Read more
I ordered online, when my husband went in to pickup they told him there was no order for the name. Once he showed the order... receipt they determined a Doordasher took the order. They looked at the receipt numerous times and the manager made my husbandfeel like he was trying to trick them and get food we didn't pay for when they made the mistake to allow a doordasher pick upour food. They remade our order but didn't make it correctly. I ordered wok fired shrimp and recieved walnut shrimp, if I had anut allergy that would have been bad. The cream cheese wontons were overcooked and one had even opened up during cooking and hadno filling but they still counted it and the order when they should have tossed it. The lo main had very large cabbage chunks init. The food was cold, even though they had to remake the order. This location has gone down hill, the last few times the foodhas not been delicious. The service was very good and fast. It is a clean restaurant and I like the new tables with barstools. It gave it a nice modern... look. The food was good as always in these restaurants. My only complain is that the restrooms really need attention. They needto fix the toilet because it is tricky to flush with a broken handle. Also, they need some more cleaning. Read more
The chow mein and orange chicken are always fresh here. The staff was cordial.
