Waitress was great. We had a birthday with 8 people and she was very friendly and professional. Food was good, better than its... been before. Only issue is it didn't seem as though many of the margaritas had any liquor in them, no one ordered virginmargaritas. Read more

Ordered take out. The combination was pretty good, but seemed like the portion was a little small for the money. The Mexican... Surf & Turf on the other hand, at $30 seemed like Highway robbery. The meat tasted good, but when I picked up the bag, it wasso light, I thought it was surely missing something. For a meal like that, we held off eating and we?re hungry. We didn?texpect to still be hungry after. Some of the other dishes were priced more in line with what you got, but this was toddlerportions for what is a pretty hefty price for one dish. Read more

On the Border is a chain tex-mex restaurant that highlights the bar but has a good restaurant with decent food selections. The... place is large with lots of seating. The staff is good. And the prices are reasonable for the large portions on the dishes. Iused to go to On the Border about 25 years ago, but it was very popular and the quality of the experience, the wait and theover-worked staff caused the value go down. In the past year, since covid has abated, I returned. Surprisingly, I think thequality of the staff has improved, the best dishes are still here and prices have stayed reasonable. My go-to dish here is theRanchiladas, which is a combo of a 9 oz mesquite steak (their fajita meat) and two cheese filled enchiladas. I love that spicysauce it comes with. The other signature dish is there fajitas which I think is one of the biggest and best cooked of allrestaurants. Their sides are decent too. The chips and salsa are strong with a nice zesty spiced up salsa. The monster chips arefun too. While I am not crazy about their rice and beans, the one really well-crafted item they have, as well, is the hand madetortillas, which I love. The staff we have regularly here are great. Today we had a lady named Terry who did an exceptional jobof being helpful, efficient and very kind. After a long, tiring day of work (for both my wife and I) and having to eat late at8:30pm, it was so nice to have such a positive person host and serve us this evening. I would have rated the restaurant a 3star, but staff here is always so good that pushed it to 4 stars. Read more

Started off good server was knowledgeable about dairy products. The drinks came in plastic cups I asked if I was happy about I... said no and the just shrugged her shoulder and walked away. I odered the Fiesta salad, it was just a plate of shredded lettucea few toppings sprinkled on top with a #24 scoop of beef on top. My daughter in law ordered a Fiesta bowl and it was the sameit looks better in the photos until you get into it. Haven't been here in a few years and now I remember why. It has notgotten better. Sadly it was a special lunch and it was a bad experience Read more
