It is a Monday night and I called to order so my husband could just pick up dinner on his way home after his long work day. The... phone rang AT LEAST 50 TIMES before someone answered with an indistinguishable mumble. I asked if I had called Native Grill &Wings and she said yes and then I verified the location before letting her know I would like to place an order for pickup. Shekind of asked me what I wanted, though she somehow sounded both bored and bothered at the same time. I told her the first itemand she immediately said, "is that it?" at which time I gave her the rest of my order. After ordering multiple types of wings, aspecialized salad and mozzarella sticks, she told me it would be ready in 25 - 30 minutes and hung up. She did not repeat myorder to me nor did she give me a total. I sent my hubby a quick text with what I had ordered and asked him to please make surethe order was correct before leaving because the phone interaction was sketchy and I didn't feel confident that the person Ispoke with would correctly process the order. When my husband arrived to pick up the food, lo and behold, the order had not evenbeen placed because the person who was so burdoned to answer the phone had apparently dropped the order ticket on the floor sono one saw it until my husband arrived and they started searching for it. So he then had to sit there and wait for the entireorder to be made. Then, on his way out, he realized that they had forgotten the mozzarella sticks and had to go back in to getthem, and when he finally got home, we found that they had also failed to give him the salad dressing for his salad. Althoughthe people he dealt with at the location were pleasant enough, the whole experience was ruined because of one employee whoclearly has no business working in any type of customer service environment. I came in during lunch time and it wasn't too busy. The server was super friendly and the food came out quickly. I think that... the cheese that they used was delicious and the patty was well done. I would definitely come back for their bacon burger. Read more
We ordered the bacon cheeseburgers, they were good. Our server was OK, we had to ask her for a refill of our drinks and... ketchup and mustard. It was chilly in there, wished I had brought a sweater ???? It was nice and clean in there. There was aseparate room which made it nice for the kids. Read more
Native used to be my favorite wing place but quality has really tanked. We ordered lunch for the entire office and from the... looks of These Wings the grease was old. This location is horrible they alway get my order wrong and they take forever. Is annoying having to go back all the time... because they always give me the wrong order, they lady that?s on the front desk has a horrible attitude and horrible customerservice even the manager from this store has a horrible customers service.
