Hello again foodies and shopper! Today I share my experience at a place I used to love, I say use to because back in the day... this place was the place to go for yummy wings. Sadley today 11/ 2022 my recent last experience was very disappointing. I ordersome wings online, I made sure I order ahead so I would just go in, pick up and go. Well, I had to wait for about 5 to 10 minfor someone to greet me and ask if I needed help, then another 35 to get my wings because they were not ready, and last but notthe least, the wings were cold, terribly dry and not tasty at all. Is like they took left over wings from customers left oversplates to put my order together. Not recommending this place at all. I think that you are better off buying fresh wings andmaking them at home. Sorry chicken wings (Native Newyorker in Mesa, Az.) place, but you did not made good wings for me! Read more

The service was excellent and the pizza was delicious but the wings were really chewy. Kind of like they had been cooked earlier... then recooked later. Unfortunately, it was the wings we were craving so I doubt we'll be going back to that particular Native. Read more

We live down the street and have ordered from here a couple times before. Always has been great till tonight. Ordered online,... walked in told the lady at the front I had an online order and my name, she said she would be right back and disappeared. 10mins later another gentleman came up front asked if I was helped, I of course said yes giving them the benefit of the doubt. Hewalked away. Another customer walked in and stood there unhelpful for about another 10 minutes before someone acknowledged him.During this time the lady that was supposed to be helping me was dancing around the bar and going outside to check out the rain.Once the other customer was acknowledged he said he had an online order and the employee looked in the warmer right behind himand that's when I saw my order sitting there. We confirmed my name and he gave me my order. When I got home I realized I wasmissing half my order. when I went back another employee gave me the rest of my order that was in a bag that was sitting on thecounter since i walked in the first time about an hour ago. In that bag was cold mozzarella sticks and diced chicken that hadbeen at room temperature for who knows how long. Then the manager tell me that I was late to pick up that order and its nottheir fault. Even though I had to come back for it. I will never go back. I used to come here a lot and was generally happy with the service. However, my recent visits have been terrible. My wife and I... went in yesterday evening for some food and drinks. There was only one other couple in the dinning room and about a dozen ormore at the bar. We sat in the dining area thinking we'll have a nice and quiet dinner; that was not the case. The dinning areawas very hot and uncomfortable. We sat there for 15 minutes without anyone coming over to get our drinks. I walked to the frontentrance and mentioned that to the hostess and she just apologized. She didn't say she would get somebody to serve us oranything. For myself, and my wife it was like stepping back in time . Back to a time of great flavors in Buffalo wings. The place is the... same atmosphere as 20yrs ago. Only now they have expanded the wing menu to include more variations on the Buffalo wings. Whichis what my wife and I went in for. The staff was on top of the job. But a tad slow taking our order. We were seated off from themain floor because my wife is temporarily In a wheelchair. She has a broken leg. But we left happy. Read more

Staff are always very nice and respectful. Service is usually pretty quick, and the food is great quality. I love the wings,... have excellent dry rub and sauce choices, with my favorites being mango habanero and lemon pepper. The bartenders are also veryfun to interact with and a joy to talk to. I have been going to this Native on and off for over 20 years because of its proximity to the house. I would like to start by... saying that I enjoy many of the employees and I feel they do a good/great job. But over time this particular Native has had manyproblems in the management department and our experience yesterday was the cause for me to want and post a negative review. Wearrived at the Native for some drinks right after the SUNs Playoff game had just ended and apparently the bar emptied out atthat time. We took seats at the bar and ordered a couple of beers. As we talked with the bartender, it was apparent that theyhad been slammed earlier with it being Father's Day and the Suns playoff being on, but management had only brought in to peoplefor the front. So it was understandable that there were many glasses waiting to be washed and many tables waiting to be cleared.I took note that the general manager was present, but did not lend a hand or direct any activity to assist in the clean up, as amatter of fact, at the end of our brief visit, he sat at the bar, drank a beer with his Native shirt on (pretty much a NO-NO atall places). That is what made made me mad. As a manager and with the limited staff falling behind, you should be busting yourbutt to get the restaurant back to a presentable level, not sitting on it. I am providing three supporting pictures of thestate of the bar and restroom well after the big crowd had left. My problem is that when we have problems at an establishment,it is usually the manager that you go to; to get things corrected, but if the manager seems to be the basis for the problem, youare left with posting a review. Nope...never again. BOGO on wings so thought I would try this place for "curbside" and ordered online. Was having team virtual... HH that afternoon so also ordered 6 pk of beer. Arrived at set time and parked in marked spot...no service. Called restaurantand was told I had to walk up to get my order. Told the beer I ordered wasn't even in stock but had already paid and not offeredrefund. Had to choose something else. Got home and opened container to these dry, shriveled pieces of whatever these are, nocelery (as listed on menu), 2 containers of extremely watered down Ranch dressing that had zero flavor (due to being so watereddown). NOT worth the price, even for BOGO. Read more
