Food was good. The poor waitress was the only one but it wasn't really busy considering it's sunday and football was on . Max 10... tables include ours. I asked for a table near the TV that had the cardinals playing (many were available) got seated no wherenear and my boyfriend didn't have his glasses so he couldn't really watch the game. I would of moved but most tables were dirtywith people that left long time ago food stuff. They have a good deal for pizza wings and fries. I kinda like my wings hot...not barely warm to the touch. I like my fries to look like they have been fried..not defrosted in... the microwave. The lettuce in the salad was crispy...but that was the spines of the lettuce. I'm not sure what was going on withthe celery sticks...but I couldn't chew it. The glass...single small glass of Coors Light was cold. I should have ordered alarge glass as I really needed it when I realized the price for what I had eaten when the bill came. In all honesty, Ifrequented this Native for years. The food had always been perfect! The wait service had always been awesome. Never were wegreeted without a smile. It was our go to place since 1993. So, when I write that the lunch dining experience on 9/4 left muchto be desired, well, I know how Native used to be. Sad Read more
Have gone there on several occasions for take out and the wings are usually good, cooked just right and well seasoned. Tonight... though 7/29/22 the wings were terrible. First they had the order wrong, I asked for salt/pepper traditional wings, I receivedwings that smelled sweet and spicy. I took them back in to exchange them and once I received the second batch they weresalt/pepper but also still had a hint of spicy sweet flavor, and they were WAY!!! over cooked so much I couldn't eat them. Iwill be going to a different Native from now on. The one at Gilbert/60 in Mesa is not the location to spend your hard earnmoney at looking for good quality food. Read more
Had the chicken parmesan hoagie. Was surprised at how tastey it was. They had great french fries as well. The food was served... very hot, the mozzarella cheese was just melting off and gooey. I had a margarita with salt and it had the perfect mix offlavors and not knock your socks off strong, where you could indulge in a second one. Do not drink and drive! My friend wasdesignated driver that day. Server was friendly and attentive but not in our face which is nice. Not the biggest selection offood but a good variety. The music was much too loud though and it made it hard to have our girls verbal download. However Iwould go again. Read more
I had been out running errands and had seen "Native" a few times, so I decided to grab some food and head home after a long day.... Customer service was awesome, the lady was friendly and helpful. The food, which had such rave reviews ... mine was mediocre atbest. They got my order partially wrong, which I did not discover until I got home. I wasn't impressed - what I received wasrather bland. Not sure I will try again, hopefully it's better for people who are able to enjoy a "dine-in" option. Read more
We went to Native and it was wonderful, I used to go with my best friend and 'wreck' wings. It had been awhile since visiting,... however the menu changes were awesome. The loaded fries were awesome, the mozzarella sticks just have been really good becausethe little one ate them all. Read more
Had a bad experience first time here.. Been about 2 years and decided to try it again. Food was good and timely for the most... part. Odd that they are so big on wings but they really lack flavor, imo. The service was still pretty lackluster (big issuefirst time around). Waitress did not seem to care much, at all. No smiles, no positive energy.. Did not make us want to stay orcome back.. it was still a big improvement from our first go around, but not an overall good experience.. Read more
