I am soooo glad my friend found this place. An odd combo of sushi, Mexican, breakfast, and a cake shop, but it somehow all works... and everything we tried was excellent ????????. Really easy to miss so you might have to filp a few u?s, but I promise you won?tbe disappointed. I got the crepas (which was actually a dessert and not breakfast, haha) and we shared the seafood tower and thefirst listed roll which name escapes me but it had beef. And my other friend had another roll which was good too! Btw the rollsare HUGE and such a good price for the size. They are bigger and longer than any Asian restaurant?s sushi I?ve ever had. Mv snacks and sushi is a fusion restaurant worth checking out. I'd recommend the banana roll. Their fried rolls are lighter than... what you'd find at most sushi restaurants which I appreciate. Read more
This place was amazing!!!! We ordered a couple different rolls and the ceviche de camaron (shrimp) and everything was so... delicious! I wanted to try almost everything on the menu so I will HAVE to go back! They also had these amazing, beautifulcakes. Read more
First time I came and I fell in love with this place! The videos it gave me! The decor! I was well welcomed and that?s always a... win! I ordered the Vaquero!! Made my sushi to order and it was just perfect! El sabor was just all there! Will definitely comeback again and spread the word about this place! Read more
This place seems to have some cool ideas. Tried the Vaquero roll and the Aloha roll. I'd say go with the Vaquero. The flavors... for both were sort of meh I felt. Not bad, but not exciting. The ideas behind the rolls and flavors involved were reallyexciting, but I just felt like there was something missing flavor wise although I can't put my finger on what it would be. MVhas so many other options, I would love to try more still regardless of how I felt about these rolls. The inside was very cleanand a nice little spot. The food was also extremely fresh tasting, which was awesome. If you want to try something new (well itwas new for me), give them a chance. Delicious sushi with their own version of sushi and mexican snacks.
I wanted sushi and came because of the reviews. Sadly disappointed.. I stuck with a Cali roll because I knew it wasn't going to... be what I was use to. Huge portion which was nice, but nowhere on the menu did it say it was a friend Cali roll.. I hate those!So I opened them and ate the middle, it was pretty good. I don't know why they make carne asada nachos and fries but not tacos..so I ordered the nachos. It was good at first and then got really peppery, so I couldn't eat anymore. Used to go to this place maybe about 5 years ago... all the time since I lived literally 2 minutes away. It was great. But now... it's complete trash! We got a agua de la Rosa. Discussing! It's basically cold coffee with peanuts, some milk, and whip. Themilk, whip, or coffee they use was spoiled. You can taste it in the coffee. One person ordered it for themselves and two otherstried it to confirm it was indeed spoiled. We asked to get a replacement and the girl said she was going to do it and neverbrought us out another one. I ordered crepas. waited 50 minutes before we asked where our order was. (They usually take foreverso I was trying to be patient) The same girl said that they messed up and and didn't want to give us the wrong thing. She gaveus a churro cheesecake. Well the crepes are 7.99 and the churro cheesecake is like $5. How does that even seem like a fairtrade. Customer services trash. Food is trash. Environment is trash. Read more
