Stood there for aporox 2-3 mins looking for a napkin as the napkin holder on the counter was empty. There was no employee behind... the counter. Finally another customer handed me a napkin. As my first time there, it would have been nice to have been helped bysomeone who worked there as I am visually challenged. There were approx 10 or more flavors to choose from, the Pepa Pig flavor(cotton candy) was super runny. Need more fruit and adult flavors. Read more
So many better choices in the area. This is fine but not impressed for these reasons: Yogurt doesn't have much flavor... Most... flavors taste very similar. Only giant cups available so it encourages kids to overfill which leads to a heavy cup (pay byweight). We paid way more here than high end ice cream elsewhere. Have a kids cup or a small cup! Always well stocked and clean. Prices are good and haven't gone up too much like everything else. Tons of ingredients from candy... to cookies to fruit and more syrups than anywhere I have been. Caramel, peanut butter, marshmallow, fudge, and more. Theirrewards system is good too, worth signing up if you visit regularly like us. Read more
Always kept clean. Every employee is always very welcoming and nice. We love coming to this place and enjoying some yogurt as a... family. Their cakes are also amazing and well priced. I do wish this place opened a little earlier, but other than that I haveno complaints. Read more
To begin, I reward myself w/ frozen yogurt every so often. Typically, I include a mix of all gluten-free flavors. Then, add... granola, berries, cheesecake bits, alongside melted chocolate, etc. varied upon the (conceivably) modified or add-on selection.This being stated, I highly recommend Menchie?s Frozen Yogurt! First time, and we absolutely loved it. The employees were AWESOME so friendly and helpful. They were out of a topping and... refilled as soon as it was gone. My daughter missed out on it and weighed already, the employee was so sweet she let her get ascoop anyway. Now that's hospitality!! Definitely recommend this spot!!! Read more
