Guy in drive thru was incredibly rude when I ordered. No big deal. But to not offer any sauce with my nuggets and then not put... it in after I requested is too far. Have you any shame? Visit any other location if possible. Read more

Place is new and nice, but the staff is all very young and don't seem super adept at customer service. Every time I visit, the... fries are mushy, even when I ask for them well done, nothing tastes particularly good or fresh. I've visited multiple times, butam always disappointed. Read more
Waited at the drive threw speaker box. Nobody was there. Waited waited waited them order a very small order. Then had to pull up... and wait some more only for it to be wrong. 2 cheese that were suppose to be no cheese. Simple 3 items took way to long. Badservice. Kids who don?t know what they are doing. Consistently bad service. They?ve forgotten items, charged things wrong, and today they clearly ripped the bun apart while... making it. This location needs some drastic changes. There is a huge amount of apathy here. This kind of thing is a reflectionof management. If you don?t care, your employees won?t either. This should be common sense. Read more
They won't pick up the phone, the play area has been closed for almost two years, their service may be the slowest I have ever... seen and it's overall a true disappointment every time I come here to hopefully let me toddler play and they refuse to open upthe play area. I hate McDonald's in general but my kids like it. I will drive across town to another one in Gilbert before goingto this one eve again. NOT fast food- slow gross food. Today yet again it was cold fries, and my kids milk expires tomorrow andwas cracked open. A happy meal and fish fillet meal took 18 minutes to receive and they forgot my drink on top of it. Horribleattitudes and customer service. I feel like I?m a burden ordering food let alone asking for something they forgot. Tonight I ordered a happy meal for my kiddo. Every time I come I am asked if the toy is for a boy or a girl. When I offered this... info because I remembered to (Not because I care) the young man taking my order became short with me and rude. Confused at thewindow I made sure I was acknowledged that my child was a girl for the toy. A lady let me know that the toys are not genderedright now. No big deal. The photo below is the toy. This is a girls toy. To 96.7% of the population in this country. Get youract together and probably get rid of that kid. He's gonna have an unnecessary rough life if he can't grasp reality.
