You have to give the employees credit for trying really hard to do a good job. I tried the self pay station. It took forever... for the screen to read what I had selected. The lag time on this screen was awful. I finally got my order in. The machineinstructed me to take a tent card, enter the card's number and told me that the order would be brought out to me. And so Iwaited and waited some more. No one came until an employee walked around calling out the contents of my order and asking who'sit was. The tent card was obviously placed on my table. No effort was made to find the card number and then I was treated asif I was stupid for not coming up to the counter to collect my order when they called it out. They neither called out my tentcard number nor brought my order to me as the self pay booth had instructed would happen. That was a sad dissapointment. Before I left, I over heard another customer asking about his order and was told it had been picked up by someone else. It hadbeen stolen. From the way the employee talked , it sounded like this was not the first time it happened. So if you do visitthis location, don't use the self pay, and after placing your order, stand near the counter, don't trust in customer service,guard your order. Read more
This McDonald's gives me the creeps and I tell you why. I was there one Saturday minding my own business how to use the restroom... but you have to order something first as I was going to the restroom I was noticing that the employee was looking for a coworkerto help get this lady out of the restroom as I noticed it was smelling like fentanyl. Pops out the restroom this old lady in awheelchair coming out. the employee at McDonald's couldn't use the restroom because of the smell was so strong. Beware of thisMcDonald's people are using fentanyl in the restrooms and it's leaking out into the main lobby. Read more
Worst McDonald's in history. Inpatient. Unprofessional. Lack customer service. Ask for fresh food and be prepared to be told... to wait upward to 10+ minutes. Please do not support this McDonald's. Bcause of fast food joints ran like this people get therefeelings hurt. I went and got a refund then was offered free food. I don't have an appetite anymore though. Now after 20 minuteswaiting for my 9 o'clock dinner I'm just gonna home and rest. I ain't even hungry no more. But I didn't flip out so i guess Iwon in the end. Smh. Read more
The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful! They are polite, sweet and work hard to get people?s orders out. You are... allowed to dine in but they close the lobby at a certain hour to focus on Drive thru orders only, usually after 9-10pm. You haveto ask staff to open the gate to the restroom and if it has a ?Closed? sign, it?s only open to employees at that time. Theydon?t accept EBT at this location either. Read more

Went for dinner, they only gave us a 4 piece nugget instead of the happy meal we asked for. Took a chance and went again for... breakfast and we asked for 2 sausage egg and cheese McGriddles and they gave us one with only the buns and the other witheverything on it. Why did they only give us the buns? They have some work to do. Read more
