My drive thru order took 23 minutes. 2 Happy meals and 1 Chicken Nugget. I was asked to wait in a parking spot, after 20 min. I... went inside and asked to talk to the manager as to what was taking so long. She was rude and then I saw another associate justbegin to START my order. I am so sorry but this was awful and the manager was extremely rude. "Can't you see we are shortstaffed", is the only response from her I received. The man waiting in line to order inside the restaurant told her that she wasout of line and that I was direct and polite and her response was uncalled for. Thank you mister for backing me up. When I sawthat the order wasn't even started (now at 23 min.) I began to fume. I had two kids waiting for dinner and the poor lady infront of me was there even longer. I will not go back until they get their "management" I use the term loosely, is undercontrol, and their logistical processes are back where they used to be. Not sure why the lobby needs another remodel after just demolishing the play area not so long ago. (That alone is a reason to... stop coming here too.) But as the new remodel just began tonight (per the signage) they need to disallow submitting app ordersfor inside pickup. Why is this so hard? Young lady in drive-thru seemed quite friendly and flashed a nice smile. ======== Oneweek ago I gave them three stars. Now I've driven out of my way and it's 5:45pm. Both lanes of the drive-thru are blocked offeven though the whole place is lit up. Deducting a star. Read more

Ridiculous customer service. Laughing and giggling through the ordering process, ignoring customers, not saying thank you after... you pay for your food as well as their paycheck, oh and hey, if your ice cream machine isn't available then maybe take thebanner down that's advertising ice cream. Always having cars park out front cause they're "waiting on fries" when you know they are just lowering their drive thru times.... Even sending more cars than parking spots or when there is nobody else in line. Read more

Good location but I wish they served some breakfast items all day. They stop serving them at 11 I believe. Other than that, this... location is great. Read more

Giving three stars because I asked for no onions lettuce or tomato or pickles and I got everything on my sandwich except for... lettuce... I understand they must be busy and I hit them during rush hour but that's still no excuse! Read more

I come here everyday same thing everyday. These guys can't even have the food ready and they waist more time by having you park... and wait . They must be under new management or new workers. Update they have fixed the problem and are now operating better andwarm food instead of cold. There coffee no longer tastes like they filled the coffee pot with coffee granules 50 percent andwater the other 50 percent. You can actually drink your whole cup without having to spit out coffee granules. They have madechanges for the better. Great job Read more
