I wish I could give no stars.....so I just ordered through doordash, these lazy mfs couldn't even actually make my food... right.....my friend is allergic to cheese that's why we ordered her food without cheese, this McDonald's need to stop offeringcustomization options if you can't even follow it through and how do you manage to put cheese on both burgers when it's on thereceipt and the screen in front of your faces!?? This is towards management and not the staff working at all. Midnight shift is ridiculous telling us cash only accepted after... 12am. If you?re only gonna take cash after 12am everyday yet you advertise your open past that, then SAY that online!!! It?shappened more than once to me where I am told in the middle of the drive through line that cash is only accepted. I don?t havecash on me all the time so if I don?t, I can?t even get out of the stupid drive through lane if more cars are behind me. Takedebit or credit all day you say you?re open or close the restaurant at midnight. Simple as that. If not, offer me a way out ofyour stupid drive through line without being stuck ordering nothing and waiting 30 minutes to get nothing because I couldn?t payyou in CASH. If you?re only gonna accept cash after a certain time, then frikken advertise that on your website or close atmidnight. Highly recommend avoiding this location as your order will be wrong every for at least one thing you order. What I'm guessing is... new hires are rude, immature young workers messing around at the first drive thru window and rushing me at the drive thru menuscreen. Not a good location one bit, very worth it to spend the extra time to drive to a different location. Read more
I do not like this location your employees get mad when you ask for cook to order or the cashier puts well done and your order... is still wrong. My food was so gross my big Mac was so soggy because they put so much sauce this kind of stuff is doneintentionally no one wants food like that. Clearly your workers don't care about the quality of food they even serve cold foodat 10:30 it's ridiculous I stopped coming here and I came tonight and I regret it. Don't eat at this location. Very unfriendly McDonald's. Apparently they are at war with the homeless and we are collateral damage. The drink bar is closed... and the bathrooms are blocked off. I felt like I might be told to leave at any moment even tho I'm not homeless. Should I haveworn a tie? Is my T-shirt good enough? I asked to use the bathroom and I had to go outside and have them let me in the sidedoor. The lady said it was "for the homeless". It wouldn't have been more scary if the employees were wearing combat fatiguesand carrying rifles. Read more
