First off they messed up on the order and brought us the wrong things, second time they brought the right order to us but the... patties were undercooked and bloody. Manager was nice enough to fix it not once but twice and give a refund. Although the thirdtime it was definitely cooked but at least add some seasoning. Read more
Ordered, and then sat down and waited for almost thirty minutes for our food. By the time it did come out everything was cold.... So we ended up paying for the drinks and got our money back. Probably won't come back again. Read more
Don't go inside, I was here at 8am on a Saturday. The floors, tables, restrooms and the soda machine were all filthy. The tables... clearly haven't been wiped from the night before. All of the sensors in the restroom were so filthy I couldn't wash my hands.The soda machine was so covered in stuff I lost my appetite. Went through the drive through today (9/8) around 8:00pm and had a terrible experience. It was very apparent the woman who took... my order hated her job. I was greeted with with coldness and attitude as if I interrupted her. Very disappointing. Read more
just left the drive through. there was lady, she looks hispanic. had the worst attitude ever! if you hate your job so much look... for another JOB!!!! otherwise work on getting better customer service!!! no one wants to see an ugly face!! DO NOT GO HERE! This is the WORST McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. They have their doors locked THREE HOURS before closing time.... Called the number to the location to ask to let be let in, considering it was 7 pm & my online order was placed for pickupwithin the restaurant. The teenage girl stood & stared without letting me in, & I was told on the phone there was only oneemployee (her) working there. That?s complete BS because I WATCHED a male walk out from the staff door & back in 2 minutesprior. Terrible customer service, terrible staff, and all around just HORRIBLE. They don?t deserve the $15 an hour that theymake. They?re the most garbage employees ever, & complete liars. I wish they would try having actual adults run the place,instead of just letting kids run the place in the ground. Read more

Frys that got deep-fried 2x for what ever reason, you can Taste the Difference trust me. I had 3 Large Frys in my order and All... 3 frys were Half way Filled... these frys arnt Cheap anymore, I had 4 Cheese Burgers in my meal, 1 Cheese Burger Had NO MEAT atall.. the only thing I requested was that they all have NO onions on them.. but instead I got 2 Buns with 1 Cheese and Ketup &Mustard. The Drinks... oh my word.. Out of 3 Different Kinds & the ones they did give us Tasted something Awful... chickenNuggets Burned by Leaving in the Oil Tooooo Long... 3 females all on their Cell phone 's by the drive thru counter window,chatting with eachother while we wait 15 Mins for our Order. No smiles, No Politeness, No gloves, The front doors locked witha Sign saying closed at 9 p.m for the inside, It was 7:56 p.m... when I tried to open the doors they made a Loud Noise and the3 Female Employees that I mentioned before on their cell phones all Looked over at me and just laughed and turned their backs tome and said Nothing.. I did Not yell, I did not complain, I did not try to open the doors again. I got in my car and wentthrough the drive thru, I did Not even mention to them that it was Not even 8 p.m and the doors are locked. I ordered my foodand paid & waited & Waited. We had to throw ALL the food & Drinks Away ! We don't eat McDonald's very often but now it's Goingto Be every Blue Moon that we will eat at any McDonald's... It Seems that Fast food & The restaurant Businesses are takingEXSTREME HIT's... The Price of Minimum Wage doubled, The New generation of Young Workers who don't understand What it means towork for your Wage, Cell Phones Glued to Every child & Adualts Hand, But on the UP side, More people are Cooking at Home &Saving Money.
