the staff is nice, but over all if u wanna go late night i must say i would rather drive to the other side of town to get food,... line way to long they never have enough people working, and most of the time their system is down and only take cash or they cannot take McDonald codes from AP. i know most if not the employee fault. during the day its easy to go too but after 10pm i wouldnot go! I haven't eaten at, McD's since, 2006, but this location is around the corner from the, exotics vet, & close to the freeway... on/off ramps. I just bought a quick, Happy Meal, & yeah, nothing has changed about that. There's 2 drive thru lanes, & reallynice people, working the windows. Meh, Idk what else to say. Read more
We go to this McDonald's often. Nice and quick service though sometimes they could get our orders mixed up, for example we... ordered a vanilla shake, we were given chocolate. Also, the play place seems to be locked almost all the time even though therenovation's done. One time we saw the sign outside that the play place is open, excited to take our kid there but no, could notplay and the staff could not give a reason what's with all the chains that blocked it. If you're going to mock your customer turn the speaker off before you do so... We spent 25 minutes in the drive thru and didn't... even get any food out of it. When we arrived at the speaker box, we were told it was cash only. They had no sign up indicatingthey weren't taking card payments at the time or we wouldn't have bothered as we only had a small amount of cash. Since therewas already cars behind us and it was too late to back out, we decided to order just 2 cheeseburgers and a small drink. We tryto place our order but it's gone silent. We asked "are you there" and no one answered. After a minute or so of silence, wedecided to just pull forward and that we would wait for the line of cars to clear out and just go somewhere else. We weren'texpecting the line of cars to take so long to clear out. I watched multiple people behind me try to order as well and I ampretty sure we were not the only only ones stuck. After 15 minutes of being stuck in line, we decided to call the store. Iasked if they could have the cars ahead of us pull forward, that's what my job always did when we had large orders holding upthe line. The woman on the phone apparently thought this was an unreasonable request, she tells me to hold on for a second andI heard her talking to her co worker. She repeated what I said in a high pitched mocking voice followed by "are you effingkidding me." I told her I could hear her and I that I was not kidding her, and hung up. We were stuck in line for another 10minutes after that. When we got to the window, I let the nice younger man know what had happened. He offered to take our orderat the window but we declined, said we just wanted to let him know we could hear his coworker mocking us. My husband was a cookand I ran the drive thru at another fast food establishment, so I know that employees talk to eachother and vent about difficultcustomers. They are clearly advertising an open play place, and it is clearly closed once inside. False advertising at its finest smh just... a sick trick to draw in families with children to make more money. Read more
I usually go to the drive-thru in the evening or late at night and the hamburgers are always fresh and the french fries are... always hot and fresh. The People that work at this location are very friendly and polite and they smile. Read more
