Waited unusually long for my food (which makes me suspicious). Even a guy from post mates (which means the order was called in... ahead of time) had to wait. The place looks dismal. And no matter how well they clean that's the aura surrounding it. Customerservice is lacking. Anther thing i thought was odd -- the manager came out of the kitchen area to ask all the dine - incustomers if "everything was ok"(?) I took off after that, praying and trying to induce vomiting. I only stopped in because itwas my lunch break, and they were the closest eatery to my job. Waited literally 15 minutes for one filet of fish sandwich.Nothing exceptionally special about the sandwich. There is always a long line of cars spiraling out of the drive thru and intotraffic only because service is painfully slow. Many customers wait in the drive thru in excess of 30 minutes or more. Even ifthe order is as simple as an apple pie. There's NEVER an explanation or an apology for long wait times. Read more
If you enjoy walking into a restaurant and standing at the cash register ready to order and all the employees look at you like... your an inconvenience as they scuffle around being extraordinarily lazy, then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! I have witnessed theemployees here literally telling a story about the night before while customers are backed up inside and in the drive thru... just skip this location and go to Val vista and university... That location has great customer service and much fresherfood.... they also have their playplace open unlike the main street and gilbert location where everything is horrible in everysingle way... It is a true gift that this McDonald?s location has given us by being the worst possible McDonald?s you can go to. I don?t know... how they do it but they never get your order right and the food is always under cooked. The drinks are always more carbonationthan anything. Have you ever had a raw burger from McDonald?s? I have. It was this one and when we called to alert them theyjust said oh yeah, we are training someone new. Ummm ok. Soggy fries. Disgusting cokes. It?s like every time I go there now. They are making my orders wrong. This time around?. I had ordered a crispy chicken... sandwich. I got a hot freaking small chicken that didn?t even fit the buns, with two small tomatoes and over killed it with thesauce. I disguised with it. I wasn?t about to go back after waiting patiently in the long line they had tonight and they weren?tletting anyone in. I have been so patient with them to the point of me writing a bad review now. Edit: the management emailed back offered us free meals on our next visit. Employee at drive thru had a major attitude and... didn?t know how to do his job. I took the time to email management about it and never heard a word back. This is ourneighborhood McDonald?s but I will make the drive for better service somewhere else from now on! Read more

I normally get Chicken Nuggets from McDonalds. Rarely get the burgers because it isn?t the same no more. The one time I ordered... a Quarter Pounder meal, I?m very disappointed. The drive-thru person asked me if I wanted a medium or large, I said large. Shedidn?t ask me for my drink.I get to the window and realize she only put in for a burger. My total was already $10, $10!! I thenadded on the fries and drink for $3 more. I?m excited going home only to be very disappointed. My fries isn?t half way, not evenclose to a large. Look at the pictures. I needed to charge my phone and sent. They changed the app. The guy at the counter wouldn't help, finally i figure it out and... after I pay for the order through the app because the he tells me they are out of of sweet tea. I get my order and go sit toplug my phone in and they have purposefully have covered up every single plug in the place to keep the homeless population out.Fries were under cooked and had no seasoning and was light.
