What's the point of having curbside pickup if we gotta get out of our cars and still go inside to get the food? I waited for... almost 15 mins before I went inside and my food was just sitting there half melted. Unexpected, that's what I am saying about my experience at this McDonald's. Lovely took my order and and I was over charged. ... She had no trouble in correcting my order and promptly returned the over charge to me. The customer service that Lovelydisplayed was above and beyond what I would expect from a fast food restaurant. Each time that I go this restaurant, I?ve encountered issues with the manager. There is a female manager, short, wears glasses,... dark hair pulled back in a bun, and navy blue button up top. I stood there while she and three employees huddled around the Fryarea and the drive-thru window, and were talking down on another employee and how he was slow on fries. I heard the employeesname, but prefer not to add it to this post. They were laughing and one of the employees used the term ?yea, he is slow asf-word?. All the while, I am waiting by the register. Finally (after five minutes of me standing there). she walks over anddemands that I put my order in on the kiosk. Mind you, someone could?ve just helped me at the register, but they decided tobelittle their team members instead. The other manager (usually in the evening), wears a white long sleeve button up shirt andhe has somewhat of a dirty-blonde hair color with a long bowl haircut. He is rude. He doesn?t want to talk or answer questions.One time, I began to ask him a question and he held his head up, did not make eye contact, and walked right by me. I even saidthank you (when he handed me my food). He just turned his back and walked away. There is only one manager there, that seems tobe managerial material! His name is Steven! He is VERY customer service oriented!! He always speaks, has a smile, and makes surethat everyone is taken care of! I have complimented him on this and let him know how appreciative I am of him and how he runsthings when he?s the manager on-site. I wish that all of the managers there were as dedicated and kind as Steven is. I willcontinue to visit sometimes, hopefully when there is an awesome manager on site, like Steven. Thank you!!! The service here is always good. Unfortunately today I ordered apple pies and both had over stayed the recommended shelf time. ... When that occurs the pie filling becomes RUBBERY. Ugh! Read more

Went through drive thru and my order wasn't ready. They had me pull to the side and they would bring it out. Waited 15 minutes... & nothing. Parked & went inside & they couldn't find my order. Good thing I had them give me receipt. Waited inside for thefood for another 15 minutes Read more

I won?t go with saying we had a negative experience because COVID has created this scenario. We walked in & used the ordering... Kiosk. No one told us they were no longer bringing food to the table. 22 min later we finally got our food. Apparently there notcalling out numbers anymore. Also seems like fries are being put in the bag first then the food, so the fries were were cold &the burgers were hot. The drink my daughter ordered was not available so they ended up upgrading her to a milkshake at no extracharge which was nice. Room for improvement: - let people know the pickup process if you aren?t going to call out numbers -include napkins if you don?t have them out for people to help themselves - would be nice if managers had access to kiosk toupdate temporarily unavailable items - gal at food pickup speaks in a whisper, could barely hear her -included a pic of theburger my daughter got. The Mayo was globbed onto just a couple spots and the lettuce was all over the place. My burger lookedpretty as a photograph so it was just odd, like two different people assembled them Pros: everyone was very polite. Willdefinitely go back in future as our burgers were terrific. HEALTH RISK ADVISORY ? we?ve all read the health advisory warning about raw or undercooked foods. The picture below is a... ?guaranteed hot and fresh? quarter pounder. Well this one is so fresh it?s still pink - as in raw (picture taken on 7/21/21).This used to be my favorite location, but their quality and customer service has become non-existent over the past few years. We came back to the restaurant to give the manager a chance to rectify the problem but all we got were short abrupt rudestatements. She refused to give her name and didn?t offer empathy or concern as my son starting vomiting. Unfortunately forher, she handled this situation poorly. Not to mention that she?s not too bright (because she must think her district managerand/or corporate hr can?t figure out who she is by the day, time, and location). Also, bad for the restaurant because they havea quality problem that allows them to put the customers health at risk. Which brings me back to my son. Looks like he did getfood poisoning and had a miserable not of loosing it out of both ends accompanied with the chills and profuse sweating. Ithough a simple thing like cooked food and good customer service was a given, but not at this McDonald?s. Find another locationor stay away from fast food. Read more

Went through the drive thru and they forgot my burger... I informed the manager on duty (Danni) and she corrected it with zero... issues and was a real sweetheart. Clean restaurant although the dining room and bathrooms are closed... Read more
