Don't ever expect their playground to be open anymore. Ever since they opened it back up in the spring. They are constantly... closing it, with excuse after excuse. Sounds like they got so used to it being closed for 2 years that they never want to keepup with it anymore (can't work harder for that $15 an hour) Go to the Higley and Brown location with your kiddos. I live in the neighborhood, and frequent this location often. The food is fine. It's McDonald's. But, 100% of the time we go to... drive thu, something is wrong with the order. No ketchup when I ask for it, or no dip, or forgot the drinks for happy meals. I'mgonna blame management. Because it doesn't matter if it's the new kid or someone who looks like they've been there forever.Hopefully the new location at Gilbert & Mckellips will be better! Read more
I come to this location many times a week. About 1% of the time the ice cream is working. For eight years now. When I asked them... why the ice cream is not available, the only answer the employees and even managers give is ?I don?t know?with a shoulder shrug.Most unprofessional response you could give. I get the same order every morning large sugar free ice coffee and 1 burrito. Out of the 5 McDonald's that I've went to in the... Mesa area this is the cheapest and the fastest one. I have yet to be treated rudely or even on the occasions I stop for a burgerfor lunch or dinner I've never gotten a wrong order. Read more
I ordered the egg Mcmuffin meal with a caramel Frap, the lady who took my order was very rude and when I got to the window she... was irritated that I was using the McDonald's app for a coupon The sandwich had shells in the egg, so I couldn't even eatit The hashbrown was way over done and stale And to top it all off the frap was almost completely melted I worked atMcDonald's a few years back so I know each of these things happened out of laziness and because they didn't care about quality.I understand that this is McDonald's and not some fancy restaurant, but is it too much to ask for food that wasn't terrible??This is my last time coming to this location, and honestly, might be the last time I choose McDonald's all together. Ordered through the app and had them bring it to our car. Really depressing how McDonald's never fills their fry cups any more.... Almost have to order two large fries just to get a whole one. I went through the drive through and ordered a large fry. They said it wasn't ready so to pull up to the front. I waited 25... minutes for a large fry and finally got out in the rain and went in. One of the ladies gave me a mean look when I said I hadbeen waiting for 25 minutes like she could care less. Seriously, 25 minutes for a large fry?
