Order was delivered quickly and the food tasted as expected. The dining room hasn't been cleaned at all for many hours, as... evidenced by the breakfast receipts still on tables and the sticky floors and other debris all over. Read more
Don?t use the curbside pickup (took them 20 minutes to get my order out to me and it wasn?t very busy) and always check your... especially your drinks when ordering here. Can never seem to get the order right and there have been multiple times I havegotten a coke or a diet something when all I asked for was a plain old Dr Pepper. ???? Read more
I was in months ago and said this is a situation of Covid. Seeing that the problems are worse than before I?d say the M out... front stands for mismanagement. Ordered at drove thru. They did not have our drink so offered to upgrade. Parked. Attendant cameout with just food. I walked inside, waited 15 min. Was told the extra drink was no longer available and offered another option.Said fine. Manager walked over and handed me cash said sorry for inconvenience. I did not realize that meant I would not bereceiving a drink at all. Five minutes later that was explained to me. This confusion is not caused by your co2 not being inthe dispensers. It?s poor management. Close your dining room & do drive thru only. Your frustrated crew that was complainingright in front of me, people knocking into one another in the kitchen spilling an order and leaving it on the floor bc everyoneis too busy to pick it up is proof enough. Save your time, go to the location on Va Vista. Included a pic of my drink afterhaving waited on it. Not even a slushie anymore ????. For a while, like most fast food places since the snap, this location was not doing well. But the last couple of months & it... looks to be a new crew, this is again my go-to mcds. Everyone there is very nice and accommodating and the food is fresher. Keepup the good job! Read more

I?ve had to load my 3 little ones back in the car twice now because they forgot something. They don?t answer their phone. And... the worst part of this location? the young lady @ the drive thru. She?s been there the last couple times I went and she?s themost unpleasant thing I?ve ever seen. I smile and say hi ?- she stops and stares at me. No exaggeration.
