I'm done with this McDonalds. I will drive further for better service. My Big Mac last time was cold and stale. This time I went... to get an iced coffee with caramel and when I got it THERE WAS NO COFFEE IN IT! NONE AT ALL! It was just cream and caramel. I amnot saying it was just too much cream. I am saying there was literally no coffee in it at all. The people who work here are rude(with the exception of Daniel) and dont care about quality at all. Do not go here. You will end up sick. Don?t recommend pickup - they ignore it. Currently waiting 22 minutes in spot 3. Manager walked by 15 minutes ago but still no... order. Update - finally received it 29 minutes after pulling in and they were not nice about it. It was like they were mad lol.3:29 to 3:58. Read more
I think I would say probably the worse experiences I have had at McDonald's in my 32 years alive, if I could give by l negative... stars I would. The only reason we tried this one was the play place for my daughter. When we walked in a guy was starting at theregister as of to take an order, we walked up and he walked away (no welcome given). As we stood there he was around around theback as is he was trying to look busy. After a few minutes I was able to get his attention and he said he wasn't clocked in. Wefinally found someone to take our order, and got our food and went to eat. I had to go back up to the counter multiple times asthere was no lids, napkins, or straws by the drink fountain. We were not given the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggetsthey made sure to ask when we ordered. Each time I went to the counter it took about 3 minutes for someone to notice I was upthere. Went thru drive thru, I was asked multiple times by worker taking the money & did the girl working the food window. Correct on... both accounts, however the Workers handing out the food need to learn to look in the bag before handing out. Ordered five itemsand got 3. That was at least two orders wrong.. I suppose I'm at fault too for not checking, but I was expecting her to becompetent. Don't usually visit this location & probably won't return. Read more
I Picked up an UberEATS order for customer. I was acknowledged and helped as soon as I walked in which was great because us... drivers get ignored sometimes. The order pretty fast as well. That's good because it helps us be more efficient in deliveriesand make better tips :) Read more
