Ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it came with no sauce at all
I go to this location because it nearest to me for take-out. The food is generally good. But the service is lacking. About... half the time, my order is wrong. If you order "no cheese" on your burger, the chances are you will get home with cheese. Iguess the workers can't or just don't care. Read more
I?m not giving this five stars because of the food, as no McDonald?s is worthy of five stars for fast food. However, this place... has excellent customer service and is very clean inside. They have the best Sprite on the planet for some reason. Read more
McDonald's app sucks. It's very slow and if you make a mistake there's literally no way to reverse it after your order is... through. All the curbside spots were closed so I had to go through the drive thru. One drive thru employee barely spoke Englishand the other would not listen to me when I told her the app had me choose pick up inside. She just kept yelling to otheremployees and saying "It's not showing up it's not showing up" my order was inside so I know it was "showing up". The guy at the counter had us pull to the side for our daughter's powerade? We obliged and noticed our order was incorrect... while waiting. We explained to the gentlemen the order wasn't correct. They brought us spicy chicken sandwiches we orderedregular chicken sandwiches. The manager Marilyn refused to fix our order unless we paid extra. For your mistake? It was a superHOT day and our families lunch was ruined. Won't be back to that McDonald's. Something is always out or broken here anyways. Read more
The staff was very nice, even other customers were pleasant. My order was quick, but my food was not so good. Apparently I was... served two breakfast burritos that had been sitting for quite a while. The edges of the tortillas were dry and very hard. I hadto tear half of it off to be able to eat it.
