We were in the drive-thru lane for about 20 to 25 minutes. I feel badly about this review because the young workers there were... really trying to hustle and get things done (I had to give them at least 3 stars). I think they're seriously under-staffed.Unfortunately, the food was also cold. I hope they can hire more people soon and improve their service. This is not in Mesa.It's the Tempe location on Baseline, near the 60 freeway. Read more

This location is notorious for closing earlier than posted business hours. How do you think your customers feel when they expect... the store to be open and it's closed? Repeat that numerous times and you have your answer. Hire more employees. Read more

I wish I could say this visit was fantastic. The service here is subpar, the food is hit and miss and they really don?t... care. Ordered two happy meals. Both were incorrect. Fries were cold and the drinks tasted like dry grease. Read more

Every Wednesday for early release, we go to McD's. Twice Dom at cashier in drive-thru has made our day, the most polite young... man we have come across drive-thru. My son wants to know if he is there Wednesday. Read more

It's okay McDonald's overall, and I will most likely return to this location, but last time I visited, the food was old and... stale. Their sweet tea is very inconsistent as well. But mostly I don't have any issues with this location. Read more

To the female employee working the drive thru 10/18/22 at 10:10am you need to do better as a person. If you got your own issues... going on don't bring that to the workplace and effect your teammates and customers. If you dislike assisting customers andanswering questions then perhaps get a non customer facing role so you don't have to deal with the demands of the drive thruwindow. You won't have to deal with the customers and we won't have to deal with your snide attitude, it would be a positivething for everyone. I mean if I was rude to you then it would warrant some of that behavior of yours but once I pulled up tothe menu there was a long wait time and I even wished you a good morning which you ignored and said thank you after our poorinteraction. I would've waited but then thought why would I want some one like this handling the transaction and my food. Idrove right through and didn't order anything from this location. Happy I did that because the newly built McDonald's on SignalButte was spectacular with their knowledge of the menu and customer service. They were more than willing to answer my two simplequestions which you were too bothered to answer. I don't expect much from McDonald's, often times you mess up the order, forgetthe French fries or provide a Diet Coke instead of a coke and I get that. I am more understanding then most, however theboldness of your employee is concerning and made me feel compelled to write this review as she desperately needs etiquette/customer service training. One of best McDonald's I've been to recently. Not only did they serve the food with a smile (much like customer service used to... be) they delivered it to our table, and thr food was cooked correctly. Far too often lately been having sub-par diningexperiences at restaurants, especially fast food, but this McDonald's gave us an above expectation experience. Let's make sureto support this McDonald's location so others will start to follow their example of how to serve the customers the right way. Read more

Very disappointed in my meal tonight. We ordered 4 double cheeseburgers with extra pickle didn't get any pickles. Ordered two... spicy chicken with extra mayo barely had any mayo so the sandwiches were very very dry and the French fries tasted like fishgross Read more
