MAD Greens in Dana Park has great tasting, healthy food. It was my 1st time at an MG and I was very impressed! Manager Tyler was... very friendly, professional and helpful suggesting their new lemon pepper shrimp bowl(since I told him I like shrimp). It wassuper delicious and I liked the high quality greens, veges in the bowl. I'm a big hummus fan so I added their Hummus Trio andnot only was it super tasty with excellent warm pita bread but in my opinion the best hummus side value in town(only $6 for aside which could equal 2 regular meals). My strawberry smoothie was also great with a nice healthy invigorating effect. Thereis ample comfortable seating and the other staff, Ben & Lindsay, we're knocking it out of the park(some pun intended). Highlyrecommended for very tasty, healthy cuisine in the nice, upscale Dana Park. Note: I left a little angry that I haven't beengoing to this awesome restaurant more often; ) Read more
Hi! I have been a big fan of mad greens, then they went and got rid of the Bonnie Parker! What?! Why? Haven't been back since.... Really a shame. I really liked eating that salad. The only place I was getting my salads at. Maybe they will bring it back untilthen I will not be back. So sad. Read more
My first date (from Mesa) and I (from Scottsdale) had salads which were good at the Dana Park Village Shops location.The... problem was the lack of cleanliness. We tried finding a table that was clean. Disgusting grime build-up on EVERY table!! Hadgeneral manager "wipe off" the table to no avail. I used my finger nail to scrape off and show him a rag in itself would not beadequate. He suggested another table but again every table was bad ... the accumulation of grime has to be weeks if not months.He wasn't really fazed. You need SOS pads or a scrub brush. Really disgusting! We were in at noon but we chatted for a couplehours when the place became barren ... and no effort was made to scrub clean the tables even when after I pointed this out. I'mfrom Scottsdale... this would never happen in any restaurant here. I am tempted to inform Environmental Services or whoever. Wechose not to use their bathrooms for obvious reasons. If I was the owner I'd want to know this issue. Hopefully he will dosomething about it. Read more
The lettuce was super bad. Some pieces okay understandable. But this was ridiculous!! Do better please. What if I was visually... impaired! Read more
Becca (hope I spelled that right) was amazing! My 1st salad was not correct and when I called she went above and beyond to fix... the issues! The #2 salad in the picture shows what it is supposed to look like. Thank you for making this pregnant lady happy!!? Read more
Not a good first impression. $6 for a soup that's not full. I ordered the bowl, not the cup size. Not to mention I ordered... chicken tortilla soup and after I made my over 10 minute drive back to work I open it to find Cream of Jalepeno . I was reallylooking forward to some protein at lunch but guess that's not happening today. The soup is good at least. EDIT: I had this as a2 start review but I have since spoken with management that actually cares ( hard to find sometimes!) about their customers andhave increased it to 4 stars. I'll be giving them another try since , like I said, the soup was good. Read more
This was my very first time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised! This is like a way better and healthier version of... chipotle I think. I ordered the bacon wrap and I added the mad seasoning which is delicious and jalapeño ranch on a spinachwrap. The wrap itself was huge in side I could only finish half of it so I?m excited to eat the rest later today or tomorrow.The flavor was also incredible and it was a perfect amount of sauce to meat to greens. Plus now I know I have had my fiber forthe day which makes me feel good! Total was $11.25 which is reasonable considering I did get two meals out of it. 10/10 I willbe back again! Read more
