I am from Buffalo, NY, and I was skeptical to say the least about the idea that pizza from anywhere but Western New York could... taste good. Now personally, I do prefer a fluffy crust with my pizza, but since moving here to Arizona in 2016, this company("Lou Malnati's") has served me the best pizza I have had. And soon, ("Around December 6th [2022] is the goal", I've been told)there will be a location opening at Tempe Marketplace. Read more

I?ve had Lou Malnati?s a handful of times of the years during trips to Illinois. My kids had received coupons for a free... personal pizza so we went in to order theirs & get a pizza for myself & my husband. Deep dish takes 30 min, which is fine, justmake sure you know ahead. Pros: the staff is super friendly Pizza tastes good Sauce had a good flavor, I?d buy that stuff in abottle! Cons: $80 for a single large deep dish pizza & 3 bottles of soda seems a bit high There is no menu; you have to scan &use your cellphone to view. Crust was super thin Read more

This is my second time ordering from here. I can say that my first time ordering from here the pizza needed a lot of salt and... the crust needed work it was flavorles, but it showed potential. The crust was crispy and even though the sauce needed the helpof salt it wasn't bad. The restaurant was also new to the area so we figured that they just need some time to get the recipedown. We finally decided to give it a second chance yesterday I can say that they totally redeem them selves the crust wasstill crunchy but this time it wasn't flavorless and the sauce was just magnificent ???? . I am now proud to say I woulddefinitely recommend giving it a try. Read more

I heard so much about this place I was excited to try it and found myself extremely disappointed. We tried the signature deep... dish pizzas. The flat, yeasty, crunchy (not crispy) crust covered in straight canned tomatoes was far less than satisfying. TheMalnati salad was pretty good but I will not be returning. I want to save others from making the same mistake. Read more

Got a delivery and it was top notch Chicago style deep dish. I ordered the deep dish butter crust extra cheese with pepperoni. I... was nervous because of the reviews but it was 100% worth it and so amazing. Sauce is nice and fresh tasting and the pizza wascooked to perfection, the crust had a nice crunch but not too crispy. Fully recommend if you are looking for a good pie in theeast valley. Thanks guys! Read more

This pizza was so disappointing. Ordered the deep dish butter crust, it was thick and rock hard. It was not the flakey buttery... crust I am used to from Chicago. And for a deep dish, the ratio of toppings to crust was way off. Do not recommend Read more

Take out only, parking is limited. Service was friendly. The pizza was good, but a pricy. Our large original deep dish pizza... ($28), a small crustless pizza with one topping ($20) and a family sized Ceasar salad(which was awesome was $12). This isn'tChicago or Arcadia if they want to stay, they need to adjust their prices for the area. Read more

I have a bit of an obsession with Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza. I've made it a personal mission to find the best in Phoenix.... I've come up pretty disappointed, even with the direct-from-Chicago franchises. None really did it for me, until now. This pizzais pretty great. It's not the best I've EVER had, but I'd probably give it an enthusiastic #2 (there's a place down in Tucsonthat's just killer). Read more
