Employees are rude. Stood there inside waited 10 minutes before some one would ackwledge me and take my order. Had to repeat my... order 3 times. Not a very good place. I get the idea that no one really wanted to be there doing their job. Because of theirlack of respect , and customer service. I will never go there again. Read more
They refuse to honor the specials that you can get at all of the other Long John Silver's locations. I came here to get the pick... 2 for $6 special that I've enjoyed at several other JLS's in the Phoenix area. But they don't offer that. So I asked whatspecials they do have, and the guy at the register said that they don't have any - that they don't participate in any of thespecials or promotional prices that the other locations run. So I looked at the regular menu, and the prices are so highrelative to the food that you get, that I told the guy, "I'm sorry, but I can't afford to eat here.". He said that he completelyunderstood. I will never go to this LJS location again, but I will continue to eat at other Long John Silver's restaurantswhenever there are reasonably priced options on the menu. Read more

Placed an online order and went to pick up the food. Store says cash only, no problems there. Get my $35 order home and there's... absolutely no tomatoes. On anything. My wife calls up there and the 1st manager just kept repeating they were out of tomatoeslike we would have known and it was our problem. When my wife called him out on his attitude he hung up. I called back and spoketo a different manager who again, repeatedly said they were out of tomatoes and acted like we were supposed to know they hadbeen out of tomatoes, that it was commonplace for them to be out of tomatoes, and we should just let it go. This is absolutelyunacceptable. They could have easily told folks they were out of tomatoes. She did end up agreeing to comp a new order. Read more
The fish filets were so thin like they cut them in half. Over cooked and dark brown. The batter usually is so crispy and... delicious but this was awful. The fish was dry.The chicken was half the size as well. And we asked for Tatar and cocktailsauces but didn't get not one with our order. So disappointing. We spent over $28 and got one of the worst orders ever. We couldnot believe that this was the Long John Silvers we loved in the past, so if this is the way they are serving their food now, wewill never return there. Read more
Fish and shrimp was fried in dirty grease, hush puppies were way over done. Restaurant appearance was dirty. Bathroom was out... of toilet paper and paper towels and was filthy. Never will I eat here again and would never recommend this location toanyone. Read more
Went in to order. No lobster bites. No clams. And a whole lot of other no's. Save yourself the trip is you want a decent fish... supper. Walked out without ordering. Read more
