Oh man, I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be good. They don't have enough staff. Unfortunately, the last... time we came the supervisor passed out & they had to call an ambulance. There were only 2 trainees left to deal with everything& about 10 people waiting for their orders. We had to leave and obviously never got our pizzas or a refund as we ordered & paidonline. I hope the supervisor is ok & whoever owns this restaurant hires some experienced people. We won't be back until thathappens. Read more
Ordered a pizza with no onions and went next door to the grocery store to pick up wine. Came back, picked up pizza and took it... home. Opened it when we got home and it had onions. Also tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile and they reheated it. Pretty dry. All the toppings are in the middle of the pizza with three inches of crust and very little sauce. Pretty hard to give the atmosphere to a To Go restaurant but hot and ready was not ready but they did get it out pretty quick
Picked up a order of breadsticks and marinara sauce with a pizza. Got home and the marinara sauce had mold in it. Took it back... and manager tells me I don't know how that would get in there we just made them this morning. No apologies no can we offer youanything for the trouble. This pizza location is absolutely on point at all times and their staff is super friendly. They rarely have any issues, they... always have hot and ready food, and when you do order it is always ready on time and loaded into the pizza portal. Makes lifeeasier Read more
It?s okay. The pizza is good for being a $5 hot n ready I mean you get what you pay for.. Just eat it fresh it?s not too great... after it gets cold. My only complaint is earlier this evening when I came here the cashier & the co-worker/supervisor that washelping her out weren?t having the easiest time at doing simple math which made my experience unnecessarily difficult by themnot telling me what my total was after asking several times! Both ladies were VERY young as in this is probably their first jobif not it?s one their first. So being that im not too much older than them I completely understand because I remember how itis.. I just wish these ladies wouldn?t have ignored me after I asked multiple times for my total because I would have saved usall a lot of time! I don?t find it necessary to tell their boss because I don?t want them to get into trouble but I do hopethat they both read this so they can know how to improve their job skills! This store sucks depending on who is working. They need to cook the pizza longer, the dough is super soggy and under cooked.... They need to spread the toppings better, half of my pizza is bare. Last but not least cut it fully. I should not have to cut mypizza at home before serving it. Read more
