Little Caesar's is a great chain(not just pizza but also wings etc.)and I really enjoyed all my visits. This western Mesa... location across from Banner Desert Hospital is an excellent branch. I got a Supreme Pizza with a lot of onions, pepperonis,sausage and a lot of sauce. It's a lot of pizza for the low price and I award Little Caesars best value pizza chain. Servicewas excellent and fast from Manager Axe and pizzamaker Jay. Highly recommended. Read more
Went in ordered an Extra Best Pepperoni and the Cashier Andrew took my order told me it?d be 15-20 mins and I wait while 3... people get their food one ordered before me and the other 2 after so I come up to Andrew and ask how much longer it?s gonna betill my pizza is ready and he pulls it out of the heater they have I ask how long it?s been sitting in there and he says just aminute and I ask why he didn?t call it out when it was ready and he got an attitude with me said you can check it, it?s fine.Then when I asked for his name he refused to give it and I asked his manager she gave it to me and then he yells over hershoulder to me ?suck my dick? My recommendation is their thin and crispy pepperoni pizza. It's a round pizza that's a thin crust and cut into rectangular... slices. It tops in taste and overall satisfaction. Went in for a 3 meat and paid and waited. They said 3 meat. We got home (chandler ). They gave us the wrong pizza. We got a... classic pepperoni. We called and spoke to a gentleman. To at least get a refund for the difference since it was inconvenient forus to drive back. They said no. Like what the actual heck? We paid didn?t get the item we ordered and can?t get the differenceback. Placed an order for a pizza and some wings not a large order 30 minutes before 10pm pizza tracker never moved so decided to... place a call and was greeted by a female with the most horrific customer service skills ever who first wanted to lie and saythey had not received the order to which I provided proof to then be refused a refund. honey I?m sorry you dont like your jobbut that don?t give you the right to take it out on the people that buy the product that produces your check just go findanother job.
