Customer service was very profession. Order was deep dish pizza and crazy bread. Everything was fresh hot and perfectly cooked
This.locatuons night crew is lazy and just doesn't care. 4 bags of crazy bread sitting on the counter for who knows how long.... One of those went to my order and was cold. Not cooling off, not room temp but cold. By the time they remade the crazy bread mypizza was now room temp. No apologies, no care. It baffles me that the industry has completely tanked with these employees whodon't care and the management that clearly doesn't either. Read more
Worst one ever. The people don't know how to listen to what's being said. They don't know how to take orders alone with actually... putting the order in the computer. When I got here to pay for my food they asked me if I had the right address when I said I'mhere for my order and to pay. This lady said the person that took my order didn't put it in the system. So I had to wait for herto put it in the system just to pay. He so t know how to ring up orders. So when my food finally came out they made me waitlonger to use my food as an example of how to ring the orders up the right way. When my husband went here 1 time they told himan order for him to get amanither order of Italian cheese bread or the stuffed crazy bread he has to order it online. The manager of this location in particular is so sweet and so helpful, I placed a delivery order and door dadh completely... botched it by delivering it to another address and all but saying it wasnt there problem. After continued issues with door dash.i called and spoke to the manager at the store she took care of everything, the food was great, and the service was even better.I highley recommend if your in the mood for great food and wven better service you choose the loctation here at val vista andsouthern.
