Ordered 2 pizzas & Wings....Wasn't a Thin crust or Square cut..... only about 15 small pieces sausage.. maybe about 10... mushrooms... Ordered Extra Sausage and Extra Cheese Not there.... Chicken Wings looked like Cornish hens.... never will go back Read more
The price for the food here is fantastic you can always get good value. The food itself isn't half bad either. The issue I have... with this location is the fact that the app tells me a time my food is ready for pickup when the real time is an hour afterthat, and not only that but they are so understaffed that the employees don't interact with the dozen of disgruntled customerswaiting in the lobby because they all had a similar experience to mine. I think all of my issues could have been fixed by theapp not telling me an incorrect pickup time. Read more
Worst Ceaars there is. Customer service is bad. Guy acted like we were bothering him when we came into pick up orders. Said the... pizzas were in the oven but there was nothing in the oven. Took him 10 min to make it and then put it in to cook. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, breadsticks, and a brownie. Got the pizzas (they were not cut through), the wings (super tiny and... mostly gristle and fat), and the breadsticks (undercooked and still raw in the middle). Did not get the brownie. Tried to callthe "customer service" number. Nothing. Tried to call the store. Nothing. That was a $40 lesson in "Do not order from this placeever again." Read more
Placed an order online after an hour of waiting I called the store to find out if it was going to be done soon. The reason we... were doing pizza was we wanted something fast and quick. The young gentleman that answered the phone let me know the store wasclosed due to an employee just closing the store and leaving. I said okay can we make sure to just cancel my order and refund itI?m going to have to do something else and get my kids in bed on time. An hour later I get a notification that my order is doneafter we had already gotten something else I tried calling multiple times with NO ANSWER so not only do they have a unreliablestaff but they are frauds as well Read more
We have always had a good experience with our local Little Caesars but after this last visit, it will be a bit before we head... back. We ordered online, the pretzel crust pizza, crazy bread and side of marinara. The online app advises, after I had paidthat it would be ready in 42 minutes. We arrive to pick up and wait an additional 20 mins for our order. When we suggested thatthe online app provide an estimated time prior to paying, so one could make an informed decision, the guy said, Guess they arejust trying to make money". Got our order home, pizza was not pretzel crust yet had pretzel salt all over it. It was so, sosalty we couldn't eat it and wasn't hot. The marinara barely had any in the cup.
