This is unacceptable. Three other people, four including myself, had big party plans today and counted on Little Caesars Pizza.... We all stood at the closed door of your business hoping it was just a mistake in opening time. No one showed up for work today.And I had no notice. The only way I found out is DoorDash canceling my order 10 minutes before it was supposed to be deliveredduring the party. I prepaid a day ago. I've now been on hold with your customer service for 20+ minutes with no response. I amnow sitting at another pizza place for 45 plus minutes while missing my 8 year old's birthday party. Unacceptable. Pleaserefund my order and send me confirmation of voided order. Read more
Absolutley horrible experience. Made an online order here because they are only doing online orders now due to short staffing... which is fine. So I ordered online, wait time expected was an hour wait, which is pretty long for one pizza and breadsticks, butagain not the issue. I then showed up at the store after an hour wait expecting my pizza to be done or almost done. Now here'sthe problem. When I arrive the guy at the front tells me that there's been an emergency due to how busy they are so theycanceled my order and then refunded me in that moment. I waited over an hour for them to tell me that they can't make my food. Iwasn't notified of anything or given a heads up at all until i arrived at the store. To make things worse, as I'm being refundedthere is a line of people out the door and they continue to take more orders as mine was being refunded. So I ask, if you guysare so busy thay you had to refund my order, why are you taking even more orders?? The worst little Caesars store I've been toand never eating their pizza again ???? Read more
Staff was friendly but you can tell they were several under staffed. It took over a hour to get our Pizza they were out of the... soda we ordered. The girl running the register was nice. I blame the management as they left these kids alone to deal with overbooking from the website. Update gave them another shot. Still understaffed and no sodas yet you pay for one when you orderonline, guess they just pocket the free money. Also didn't get what we ordered one pizza was missing the bacon. Others weresupposed to be easy sauce yet they seemed more like heavy sauce. Will not be returning to this location. The owner/ managementof this location obviously doesn't care. The girl at the counter said they have been out of soda for a few weeks. Read more
Okay, admittedly this is an odd review. I am currently at this little Caesar?s. I have waited almost 30mins for my order. I?m... not thrilled, but mostly because when I placed my order it said it would be ready at ?such and such time?-so I arrived at ?suchand such time? (7:30) Had I rechecked I would have seen the status from the time I placed my order until now hadn?t changed- Iwouldn?t have headed over. I own that. That was my bad. I?m writing a five star review because I?m here with a line offrustrated people who don?t seem to understand that the world right now is understaffed and LITERALLY EVERYONE working thisevening shift is being pleasant, kind, sympathetic and trying their damn best! I frequent this location, have never had anissue. Always dependable. I think this evenings team really deserves a shoutout! Read more
Staff was absolutely STRUGGLING. Very few people working on a Friday night, there are 3, maybe 4 people working total.... Management has failed their workers. Guy at the front was super nice and running between the kitchen and the front counter totry and accommodate as quickly as he could. Management, if you're having trouble hiring people or keeping people the you shoulddefinitely pay more. Read more
This place has gone downhill. You could tell the pizza has been sitting in a oven all day. There are nothing but long haired... teens working here. They also have a "Online only" on their door because of "staff shortages" what a joke. You're telling me 5people in the back is staff shortages? These people just don't want to take orders. A Surprisingly Terrible Pizza Excellent Staff The staff was amazing, professional, and kind. That said, I was there to try the... new Stuffed Deep Deep! Dish pizza. A fresh one that was cheese only was made for my order. I took it home happily excited totry the new pizza, then I took a bite. It was horrible. It looked fine, but tasted very off, If someone said, "Oh sorry my badThe cheese/sauce was expired" I would not be shocked at all. It tasted like something had gone bad, or like the oil fromtakeout food was left overnight and poured generously overtop. Even scraping off the sauce didn't make It's two separate pizzasand I tried some of both and both were bad enough for me The Crazy Bread was fantastic, the dipping sauce wasn't very good, butwasnt terrible. Little Caesars is in my Top Three favorite Pizza places, the only chain present. This is the first time I'vehad a fresh pizza, from anyone, be inedible. I don't know what went wrong, but I'm looking to buy another pizza and sadly, amlooking at a different store instead. Since I don't know what made the pizza taste so bad, I don't want to order from anotherLittle Caesars and get another pizza that I can't manage to scarf down. Read more
Worst Little Caesars location ever. They do not help you in the store. They have a hand-written note on the door that says... online ordering only. They do not answer the phone. I've waited literal hours for a pizza that never came. Recently I used acoupon for a specialized pizza. It was canceled almost instantly and no reason was given. That wasted the coupon, which nowcannot be used again. Read more
