Horrible attitude. I came in to get a agua Fresca , I left but came back because this lady served mostly ice than drink. So I... did come back and asked if she can redo it , but not add so much ice. Literally the lady got my ice from my cup that I went toreturn and put it back in the jar where they serve from that jar to everyone else. When I saw that I was shocked? Horrible customer service every single time I come here! Ever time I come here they says oh we don?t have enough ice cream to... make a mangonada. So what?s the point of offering them when you never have the main ingredient. Every time I come here theystand there and just look at you stupidly. They don?t say hello how can I help you or anything! Worst place I?ve ever been to.Don?t waste your time or money at this place when they are rude and never have any of their ingredients. Read more

Worst service I have ever experienced, especially the older lady. So rude doesn?t know anything about customer service and... literally closed 10 mins earlier then what the hours said all I wanted was an ice cream that could of taken 30 seconds to serve.Many bad experiences with this lady. Ok, ice cream horrible service from Estela [manager]. Order cheesecake icecream not really cheesecake crumbs ????. Service was... ok at first then things took a turn south. Got there and lady approach me and asked if I was ready. I asked for more time shesaid to let her know when I was ready. then proceeded to go to there back room. At this point I had questions to ask and mydaughter's wanted to try a couple flavors but the lady never made eye contact with me or anything of that matter instead Iwaited until she came back around. finally she approaches me and then I tell her I'm ready so then I proceed to ask a for asample and then I asked a question she then proceed by telling me if I'm actually ready to order. At this point I was beingrushed for some reason.I start ordering when she realizes her friend is in line and they start having a full on conversation.She's rushing me to order but yet is ok with having a full on conversation when she's supposed to be helping me answering myquestions. When she gets back to "helping" me I sarcastically proceed to ask her if she would like to help her friend which shegot really defensive and after we went back and forth of her rolling her eyes multiple time I told her it was best if someoneelse helped me and she could go finish her gossip with her friend. The person that helped me after was really helpful. Horriblemanagement and non existing customer service. Better icecream shops around to be putting up with the attitude. Read more
Only reason I'm giving this place a 4 instead of 5 because I got 3 banana split and they forgot the bananas on 2 of them x) but... other than that is really good Read more
Came to eat here as a family. We are a family of 8. We were told not to grab anymore chairs and the table only had 4 chairs. So... where were the other 4 members of our family going to sit? So we left and we literally spent so much money on the ice cream webought and didn't even get to eat it there. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend as an influencer. Read more
